https://imgur.com/gallery/8VI1fvz Everything is in that link, it's 1 AM and I'm too tired from editing this all day to add more than what I did, sorry. I had a lot of fun, though.

It's alright as it provides you with Saryuja's hand-fix as a +0. I'm not entirely sure how much "during your opponent's End Phase" would hinder it though. It gives the card more room to be dead in wait. I'm inclined to say just make it able to activate whenever (still having a hard OPT clause of course). Also, if you could give it Snow Rabbit's activation requirements, that'd be great, as you'd be able to search it off Flamvell Firedog and still have it be live. Or off Rekindling. Oh, and it'd be better if you could return the cards to the top/bottom in any way rather than shuffling them in, for the sake of obscure arrangement strategies getting a bone. If the ease of deck-thinning and/or the threat of "Called by the Grave" is a bit much (which it might not currently be judging by Dangers existing), another option is to return Quickdraw Kid to the deck instead of discarding it to activate its effect. That way the hand fix is a +0 and the Deck thinning is +0 as well. You just get better options without altering numbers, at expense of GY revival shenanigans. All suggestions into account it'd look something like: (Quick Effect): You can place this card from your hand or field at the bottom of the Deck; draw cards equal to the number of Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls +1, then place cards from your hand into the top or bottom of the Deck in any way, equal to the number of Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. You can only use the effect of "Quickdraw Kid" once per turn

Mm! The witchcraft stuff looks very interesting as a whole. I feel it might get turned into a Card of Demise deck though. Since you can Special Summon during the opponent's turn so the SS restriction is fine. You can resolve all the spell effects after CoD, so you can get back all the spells you discarded during the End Phase. CoD is itself a Spell card, so it can fuel the deck, and it doesn't conflict with any additional draw spells you might toss in (Desires, Metalfoe Fusion, even Duality). Might be worth testing out?

Allow me to remind you that a Scale 13 Pendulum exists, Supreme King Gate Infinity. Good luck setting up its Pendulum Summon :v It bugs me that when you get the chance to apply the +3 effects, you are forced to apply 3, so if 2+ effects are not live, you have to forsake the opportunity, in an all-or-nothing kind of deal. What I imply is that it should say "up to 3 effects" IMO for that to not be a problem. Anyway, it looks like a fun card to use. I appreciate the underused LIGHT/Rock typing. Slightly annoys me that the Level and stats makes it dodge a handful of searching support like Block Dragon, Sangan and Witch, but I guess it's only fair xD

Witchcraft Poterie Earth Spellcaster / Effect LV2 0/2000 You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each. (1) During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then discard 1 Spell; Special Summon 1 “Witchcraft” monster from your Deck, except “Witchcraft Poterie”. (2) If you have no cards in your hand: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 “Witchcraft” card in your GY; add that card to your hand.

Witchcraft Master Verre LIGHT Spellcaster/Effect LV8 1000/2800 You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each. (1) During damage calculation, when a Spellcaster monster you control battles an opponent’s monster: You can reveal any number of Spells with different names from your hand, and if you do, that monster you control gains 1000 ATK/DEF for each card revealed until the end of this turn. (2) (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 Spell; negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls until the end of this turn. DBIC-JP029 呪眼の眷属 カトブレパス Jugan no Kenzoku Catoblepas (Catoblepas, Retainer of the Evil Eye) LV3 DARK/Fiend/Effect 600/1900 You can only use each effect of this card once per turn. (1) You can target 1 “Evil Eye” Spell/Trap you control; until the end of the next turn, the next time that card would be destroyed by an opponent’s effect, it is not destroyed. (2) If this card is in the GY, and you control an “Evil Eye” monster, other than “Catoblepas, Retainer of the Evil Eye”: You can Special Summon this card, but it’s banished if it leaves the field. Verre looks nasty. Spellcasters have some Summoning support here and there so there shouldn't be many problems with getting her on board, and it may get easier if they get any support. 1000 ATK also makes it Summonable by Shining Angel, or searchable by stuff like Sangan. And admittedly I like her artwork, with such a smug face. Waifu material for me right there. Not too familiar with Evil Eyes at the moment but I guess a self-revival monster will help a lot. I find the artwork cool, makes me wish the archetype was poli-Type and this was Beast instead.

So with Savage Strike not that far away from coming out for the TCG now am looking forward to getting myself these cards as with Neos Fusion enabling both access to the Neo-Spacian Fusions with Brave Neos it also allows you to play Neos in HERO's where Neos Fusion can effectively let you mill a Neos and Shadow Mist from your deck both getting you a Brave Neos and an additional HERO monster from your deck to your hand. Also Neos Knight can also work in the same way with Neos Fusion where unfortunately it will not gain the ATK boost as it was not Fusion Summoned but Special Summoned through Neos Fusion.
