I’ve spent the last 6 months laid off, and am now having to file for bankruptcy.

I got fired today because my position was eliminated after only 5 months of having it.

So, my house has flooded twice this month due to severe storms. Fun.

I bought my first house this week. Don’t have any furniture, but I have the bare minimum to get by. I’ll be getting it together piece by piece.

I’m cancelling my tournament. My grandfather passed away this morning and I don’t have it in me to do the next round.

I’ll have round 2 of my monster tournament up sometime tomorrow. My grandfather has been hospitalized so that takes priority.

I got hired by a company called Cognizant as an Oracle Developer. According to my onboarding documents, my official start day is January 3rd. I’ll be making $24 hourly. I’m still waiting on my placement at the moment. Hope to have that on Monday.

I have an interview with a fortune 200 company tomorrow at 3. Wish me luck because if it goes well, I’ll be relocating. Possibly to either New Jersey or Texas.

So, my sister, her husband, my girlfriend, and I all are apparently going into the restaurant business. It’s called the Slasher Shack, a barbecue restaurant where you are served by horror movie villains like Michael, Jason, Freddy, and others. Would anyone here go to a restaurant like that?
