In The Nightmare Before Christmas's song "What's This?", Jack Skellington says "What's this? There's white things in the air," the phrasing of which and the state of Halloweentown both implying he doesn't know what snow is. However, less than 30 seconds later he observes that "There's children throwing snowballs instead of throwing heads" meaning he knows what those are. Nobody has spotted Jack during this time or mentioned what snow is, so how can he know what snowballs are but not snow?

quick reminder that the halloween masquerade is taking monster sign-ups, and i'm in the market for a mini-host to cover the end of the event depending on when i'm moving.

I want to post this heads-up at least once a day before the event starts to make sure nobody misses it. I'm looking for a sort of mini-host for this year's Halloween Masquerade to pick up the last couple days of the event, since I'll be moving at the time. Interested members should contact me here or on Discord (Yui#9404).

So 2020's been wild and all, but hopefully y'all haven't forgotten about what's to come.

There will be an official thread announcing this year's Halloween Masquerade more officially tomorrow night, once the month properly shifts over. If you plan to participate and haven't thought about your monster yet, it might be a good idea to start doing that.
