"s-sorry,"
"I'm...I'm okay." Cym said. "You humans really are heavy aren't you?" She managed to get herself up and then had to duck down to pick her sword back up as well. "I'm just glad he didn't grab me I don't think I could take being swung like that. What ARE you guys made of?"
While the two of them got back to their feet and regained their bearings Lindow was had made his move.
Keres wasn't entirely sure what Lindow's look had meant but she hoped that he was expecting her to yank him up like that. His landing wasn't the most graceful but at the very least Lucas wasn't able to get to him. Had the lycan struck she couldn't be sure he would have gotten out of there without injury.
Unfortunately Lucas was able to double back around with ease and was already heading back for them. Which put him on course for the two mages in the back. Pan had released his spell once he realized Lucas wasn't fighting it but he wasn't quite fast enough to cast another right away so as Lucas jumped over Lindow with ease and went towards Keres it was all up to her to respond.
She focused as best she could the water that she had gathered up in front of her and launched it in a geyser coming from her hands right a the center of the lycan's considerable mass.
The geyster struck him and pushed him back but Keres gasped out as she struggled against his weight and strength. Instead of blasting him away she mostly succeeded at stopping him midair and the lupine man managed to break free from the geyser and dove off to the side. Which ended up putting him closer to where Pan stood instead.

Over at the edge of the forest Madelyn struggled to pool enough magic energy together to fix up Reinaan's wounds enough to keep him from bleeding out right then and there.
