Make A Pendulum Monster

Recommended Posts

Rules:
1. The latest post will have a prompt for a Pendulum Monster, be it a specific card name, asking for support for an archetype, or requesting a card that does a specific thing.
2. The person that posts next can either make a card to the request, or post "Skip".
3. The intent is to make cards, so if you don't like the prompt, too bad.
4. Then, at the end of the post, add a prompt for the next poster.
5. If the Pendulum Monster does not have a matching counterpart, make sure to request it.
6. Also, don't make any joke cards here.
7. Have fun.

Next Card: Make another addition to the Martial Arts Spirit series.

I'd post more than one if I was able to (IDK if I am), but meh, I've still got something:

Ran-Dori Judo Spirit
Level 5 WIND Warrior/Pendulum/Spirit (Scale 1)
ATK:2400/DEF:1000
Pendulum Effect: If a monster(s) is Pendulum Summoned: Return this card from the Pendulum Zone to the hand.
Monster Effect: While you have a card in your Pendulum Zone, Level 5 Spirit monsters can be Normal Summoned without Tributing. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up this turn: Return this card to the hand.

Next Card: Make a second "Bujin" Pendulum to go along with Hiruko.

Bujin Hiruzen

Level 4 LIGHT Beast Warrior/Pendulum/Normal (Scale 5)

ATK: 2000 / DEF: 1000

Pendulum Effect: You can target 1 of your banished "Bujin" monsters; attach it to a "Bujin" Xyz Monster you control as Material. You can only use this effect of "Bujin Hiruzen" once per turn. 

Flavour text: After his defeat at the hands of Yamato and his allies, the darkness filling Hiruko's heart was cleansed. Finally free to think clearly, the reborn Hiruzen spends his days attempting to repay the debt he owes.

 

Next Card: I'd like to see an attempt at a Toon Pendulum.

Odd-Eyes Toon Dragon

DARK - Level 7 - Dragon/Pendulum/Toon/Effect - 2500/2000

Scale 4

PE: Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card is in your Pendulum Zone: you can destroy this card, then add 1 Toon monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you do; Toon monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle during your opponent's next turn, except by Toon monsters. 

ME: Toon monsters you control deal double battle damage while this card is face-up on the field. If this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Odd-Eyes Toon Dragon" from your Deck to your hand.

 

This was really fun to make. I loved converting one of my favorite protagonists ace monsters into a Toon. Hope I did it justice and brought somn to the table that Toons needed ^-^

Don't put the same prompt up in multiple cardmaking games at the same time.
New prompt:
We keep getting a bunch of Pendulum Monsters with Scale 0, but we still only have one that is Scale 13. Make a Level 12 Pendulum Monster with a Scale of 13.

If your Normal Monster is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect: Special Summon, from your Deck, 1 Normal Monster with the same type, but a different name. You can only use this effect of "Legions of Draconia" once per turn.

 

Monster Text: The era of the Draconia draws nearer to its realization. Their cunning tactics and overwhelming numbers have brought all the other dino nations low before them.

If you can Pendulum Summon Level 4 monsters, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card from your Extra Deck. You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Bujin" Xyz Monster you control with no Xyz Materials attached to it as the Xyz Material. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, discard 1 "Bujin" card, then target 1 "Bujin" card in your GY; negate the activation, and, if you do, banish it and the targeted "Bujin" card. Next: So, Speedroids and Predaplants have Pendulums, yet Phantom Knights don't? Please rectify this issue.

If you Special Summoned a DARK Dragon Xyz monster, you can Special Summon that target instead (if possible). You can only use this effect of "The Phantom Knights of Chipped Hilt" once per turn.

Monster Effect: You can also Xyz Summon "The Phantom Knights of Chipped Hilt" once per turn by using 1 "The Phantom Knights" or "Xyz Dragon" Xyz monster with no Material as Xyz Material. If you can Pendulum Summon Level 6, you can Pendulum Summon this card from your Extra Deck. If this card is Xyz Summoned: Send 1 "Phantom Knights" Spell/Trap card from your Deck to the GY. Pendulum Effect: If a "Vylon" monster you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can discard 1 "Vylon" card instead. Once per turn: You can activate one of the following effects.

Take 1 "Vylon" Spell Card from your GY, and either Set it to your side of the field, or add it to your hand. 

●Synchro Summon 1 "Vylon" monster, using cards from your field and/or hand.
Monster Effect: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner "Vylon" monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target any number of Equip Spell Cards on the field; equip them to this card, and if they were originally equipped to a non-"Vylon" monster, destroy that monster. Other monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each card equipped to this card. If a card equipped to this card would be destroyed, it is banished instead.

 

Next: To round it out, a Fusion Pendulum monster for a non-anime archetype.

Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by Tributing the above cards (1 each from your hand and face-up field) (in this case, you do not use "Polymerization".) If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 Level 8 Fairy monster from your Deck to your hand. Cannot be Tributed, also it is unaffected by other monsters' effects.
