You skipped Phantom Skyblaster in the Limited list.

The changes look good all around, IMO. I guess Dark Matter was hit to prevent Gandora OTKs in TCG? Because I don't remember Dark Matter being too relevant in the latest TCG formats.
Ban of Summon Sorceress was overdue, IMO.
The PK RUM had it coming, really.
Kagari to 1 affects my Sky Striker variant pet deck, but now I could give a shot to that Reborn-like Magnet something Spell that revives Machines or Rocks that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set.

I'm more excited about the unlimit of Miscellaneousarus. More FIRE Dinos may make the FIRE True King more consistent, and breath a bit of life into True Dino decks even with the absence of the EARTH one.
