Retro Formats?

Maybe won't get much traction, but since there is a custom format section, maybe there could also be a Retro format section, or combine the two? I only play Goat Format and modified versions of it, including my custom format Hindsight Format.

I know that people are crazy about Edison Format and HAT format nowadays, too.

To clarify do you mean a section for custom cards meant for certain formats or decks or something else?

I mean a section for talking about decks in. I think the custom retro cards could go in just fine with the other stuff. It just feels a little odd to put anything retro in the current available card game discussion sections.

As long as you say what format the deck is in in the title it should be fine.

We recently cut back on subsections cause we realized didn't need so many with the activity and it was a bit redundant.

Where would it be appropriate to make a general post informing people about Goat Format or retro formats in general? Since I would like to increase the awareness.

hm, that's a good question...

atm the closest I can think is "banlist and theories" its not perfect but technically talking about former formats would be theoretical discussion?

I could bring it up with other mods to see if they have any other ideas though

I figure I should ask here as well, instead of making a new thread. I am working on a little project of giving flavor text to every Goat Format card, and would like to showcase it as well as ask others if they want to contribute. Where would be the best place to post that?

Creative writing, maybe?
