So it is a windowed-time Summoner Monk for Zombies with a greater reward and has more locations to summon from, but has an extremely limited scope for what it can bring out being copies of itself... Aight it is cool I love a plus. As far as what can easily be summoned via this there isn't a whole lot at the moment: Vampire Sucker and Avendread Savior. Vampire Sucker probably won't benefit much from this unless you have a follow up play to get Balebroch or Glow-up Bloom in the GY. Avendread on the other hand... Can be a pretty nifty for Vendread with this as you can pitch an Vendread Ritual Spell only to get it back with the +1 you initial got from the other copy... Haven't played Vendread enough to know this potential, but I have a strong feeling it is there.

The only thing that I see being a missed opportunity... With this is that if it can Special Summon copies of itself from even the GY, why not also have it be able to trigger its effect by Special Summoning it, but make it a hard once per turn. That way you can Mezuki it (it is Zombie trademark to Special Summon from the GY, afterall) , One for One it, or something along the lines. I mean it is only reasonable since you are always pitching a Spell and it is xenophobic to Zombies.

Here is the quick rework with my suggestion:

When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned: You can discard 1 Spell from your hand; Special Summon up to 2 "Ghost Cell" from your hand, Deck or GY. You can only use this effect of "Ghost Cell" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Zombie monsters.

Aside from that, I love the name... Has a nice ring to it. I don't even know anything about the flavor of the card other than what is presented, but it seems to pay some sort of homage to cellular biology: particularly mitosis. And that would be in A in my book if that is what you intended it to represent. But, if not the idea is still cool.

I preferred it when its effect activated only on Normal Summons, as you had to choose between Normal summoning this and getting 3 Zombie bodies on board with Link plays and whatnot, or Normal Summoning Uni-Zombie/Solitaire to start the set-up plays. Now, Uni-Zombie~Mezuki plays can lead into this for extra swarming, and IDK if that's pushing it considering the swarming power Zombies already have. Although in its defense, it specifically needs a Spell to discard and that can be deceptively dead-ish depending on the deck build, and AFAIK Zombies aren't too Spell-heavy so you may have to deviate from standard builds to support this card.

my psct-fu is out of date since i haven't made a yugioh card in a few years but sometimes you relisten to a banger song and remember that there's a yugioh archetype with a similar name and while you want to make a shitpost but also you want to put some effort into it and make it look nice. that's not just me, right? for the stats i just stole from danger! chupacabra since the effects are similar.

If a Fairy or Warrior monster made a direct attack this Battle Phase, you can (Quick Effect) reveal this card in your hand: Normal Summon 1 monster OR Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. You can only use this effect of "Cyber Jammer" once per turn.

I hope you weren't expecting a Cyber Dragon card! The Cyber Girls are a group of mostly-EARTH Warrior monsters also originating from Yugioh GX that really never took off the way their successors, the Cyber Angels, eventually would. I felt like making one of my own to at least relate to what most of their effects did as several of the Cyber Girls have effects relating to direct attacks and their boss monster, Cyber Blader, happens to be a Fusion Monster. The Cyber Girls all have something to do with female sports or athletics, so for this one I felt like going with roller derby since I haven't really seen that used as an aesthetic for anything in the game to the best of my knowledge. Enjoy!

If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY: You can Ritual Summon 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster from your Deck. This effect of "Angelfood" can only be used once per turn.

The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.

When this card leaves the Field, you can add 1 "Spellbook" Spell card from your Deck to your Hand.
