Since there aren't a lot of horse-related cards in Goat Format, I made it a mix of horse, girl, and "speed" cards. Some of the cards also relate to paying life points/risk, to fit the gacha game theme! I limited my choices a bit to try not to make this basically a copy of Chaos Turbo, so it ends up losing hard to GK Spy, but I had fun with it anyway.
