If you haven't seen it, it's mostly a bunch of survival mantras, though there's also advice like "Double tap your kills" and "keep up on your cardio" in there. Here's a few that come to mind. Don't go out alone at night, period. If you can't protect yourself, don't go out alone at all! Stay in shape. Drink plenty of water and make sure to get enough nutrients, exercise, and sleep! If your shelter is self-sustainable, make sure to fortify it so zombies can't get to you. Stay in good spirits!
