Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die and apply this effect, then destroy this card. Once applied, the Levels of all monsters you currently control become the same as the result +1, until the end of this turn.

The ultimate Hallo monster has arrived! While at first glance, this seems like a Hallo version of Hope Magician, but this card is actually more of a Hallo version of Z-ARC magicians (or Pendulum Magicians in general).

The Pendulum Effect allows you to change the levels of all monsters you control with the die roll (upgraded Hallohallo effect), which then destroys this card, similar how Z-ARC magicians do, then it triggers its destruction effect and allows you to summon Hallohallo (a Normal Pendulum Tuner) from the Deck for an easy generic Level 5-10 Synchro Summon. In the future, I'm planning to make a Field Spell that allows you to pick the result of the die roll.

The monster effect lets you search Hallohallo or any DARK Level 3 monster (which BA and PK also fall into the searching pool which can be a bit worrying) and let's you place itself into the Pendulum Zone, the only effect similar to Hope Magician. The final effect triggers the same way as all Z-ARC Magicians (minus White Wing Magician).

It's a bit odd to see a Pendulum Xyz without the text of "if you can Pendulum Summon Level X monsters, you can Pendulum Summon this card", and that this card doesn't add itself to the Scales as a float, but as a resolving effect. If that's intentional, that's fine I suppose, but it wouldn't be problematic if it had it regardless.

It indeed searches stuff like Tour Guide or BA monsters, but the idea they would need to make an 1800 ATK Extra Deck monster for a search for another play to make next turn makes this not a problem IMO. It'd most likely be used in its intended deck for the most part. 

Well once you add up both modes it is actually a pretty solid card. Rank 3 engines are pretty easy to come by and this card doesn't clog the Extra Monster Zone at all. Potentially, Tour Guide becomes this, and this searches your Scale 7 and sets itself as the Scale 2, which reminds me of Monkeyboard (but more balanced by using the Normal Summon in a way that doesn't have a free leftoever, on needing an Extra Deck slot, and on Master Rule 4 in general). Then after you do your Pendulum Summon thing, you can roll the die and float into another monster from the deck (or using the other scale).

Or if you can afford to last for longer, Pendulum Switch lets it give you another Hallo search every turn by going > Monster > eff > search and put into scale > monster again.
That's without thinking on the custom support from your other threads. I think the archetype is shaping up surprisingly well xD

      I hope you weren't expecting a Cyber Dragon card! The Cyber Girls are a group of mostly-EARTH Warrior monsters also originating from Yugioh GX that really never took off the way their successors, the Cyber Angels, eventually would. I felt like making one of my own to at least relate to what most of their effects did as several of the Cyber Girls have effects relating to direct attacks and their boss monster, Cyber Blader, happens to be a Fusion Monster. The Cyber Girls all have something to do with female sports or athletics, so for this one I felt like going with roller derby since I haven't really seen that used as an aesthetic for anything in the game to the best of my knowledge.       If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY: You can Ritual Summon 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster from your Deck. This effect of "Angelfood" can only be used once per turn.

      The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.
