[ETCO] “Deep Sea” Theme Revealed

(1) You can target 1 of your opponent’s banished cards; take 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your Deck, and either add it to your hand or Special Summon it, and if you do, add the target to your opponent’s hand.
(2) A Synchro Monster that was Synchro Summoned using this card as material cannot be targeted by an opponent’s card effect.
(3) If this card is sent to the GY: You can target 1 banished card; shuffle it into the Deck.

Oh damn, look at that Sea Serpent ROTA. At least it needs a bit of set-up to be live. As id Atlantean Dragoons wasn't enough :v
Prima Donna is a Tuner, so that means it's Summonable by Needlefiber, who happens to be a WATER monster that banishes itself as cost of its effect. There may be some sinergy with that.
The SS effects of the maindeck monsters look decent but their on-field effects, not so much. Looks like they are designed to trigger each other, but by themselves it may be too inconsistent, so it would require the assistance of Mermail/Atlanteans, or rather play these as techs in those decks.
