At the moment the tiebreakers are as follows Character Design: Both Dimitri/Sethera and Radio had 3 Most Reliable: Both CowCow and Skaia had 3 Best in Chat: Both Blake and Chesire Toon/Hakima had 3 So how this will work is, as before, you can only vote if you've been active in an NCM RP for at least a month. If you want to vote on one but not another use the third option in the polls. I will close the voting 24 hours from now unless there's less than 3 votes for one person then I will extend it depending on number of votes overall. (basically you can win with minimum 3 votes.
