If this card is sent to the GY: Destroy all non-WATER monsters on the field with Ice Counters on them. If this card was not Summoned this turn: You can Tribute it; Special Summon 1 "Catastrophic Thunderstorm" from your Deck (This Special Summon is also treated as a Tribute Summon), then destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field. Catastrophic Thunderstorm Level 7/WIND/Thunder/Effect 2500/1500 When this card is Tribute Summoned: Destroy 1 monster on the field, then if this card was also Special Summoned, you may return one monster on the field to the Deck. If this card was Tribute Summoned: Your opponent's monsters lose 300 ATK X the number of monsters Tributed for this card's Tribute Summon. When an opponent's monster declares an attack while this Tribute Summoned using a WIND monster is on the field, they lose 700 ATK until the end of the Damage Step.
