CAN'T SAVE. APP NEEDED

I'm trying to save created cards to my computer but I keep getting a message stating "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page." This is a fairly new computer and I'm not that technical so any help in resolving this is much appreciated. Using Edge - Windows 10

I'm on Chrome, so I don't know if this'll be the exact same experience, but:

Clicking "save" should download a ".json" file, correct? This is what the card maker uses when you want to reopen or make edits to a saved card. If you want to save a picture of the card for, you know, whatever else, you should just be able to click on the image of the card itself, which will download a .png file, a format Windows 10 should be happier with.
