Nyx 253 Posted October 18, 2020 And when I say nightmares, I'm talking about the bad dreams you get in your sleep. So no posts like "I'm living it" or anything of the sort.
Nico 116 Posted October 18, 2020 I recently remembered the YCM thread that was something like this, so I don't really have to think about it. Simply put, a lion in a black void when I was a real little one. It's one of the only dreams I remember, period and yeah, I heard a roar to force me a scream in the middle of the night. Fairly boring, but all I have, really.
Comrade Duck 178 Posted October 19, 2020 My rapist still haunts me in my dreams. I'm forever angry with her.
Thar 502 Posted October 21, 2020 (edited) My scariest dreams have always been the ones where insects multiply. I'll see one spider on the wall and kill it, then I'll look to my right and there are five more. Then I'll look to my left and there are 20 more. Next thing I know the entire room is covered with spiders of all different sizes and they're all angry at me for killing that one at the start. Nyx 253 Posted October 27, 2020 Well, I've had nightmares that had scarier atmospheres than the one I'll elaborate on. One where my younger brother was possessed by a doll. One where our house was torn up by a tornado. One where I was in a haunted mansion. But this one that I had sticks out to me the most, because it has the clearest ending. This took place when I was younger. I was walking with my cousin and her mom in the wastelands. I look away for a while. And when I look back, they're gone. So I start sprinting around trying to find them. But I trip on a cliff and wall off. Right into sharp spiked rocks. And when I fall to the spikes, that's when I wake up. Not the scariest atmosphere, but it has arguably the scariest ending.
