Took me some seconds to decide but going for FFTA. Really unique style for an FF and as a Nintendo player in my earlier years I didn't experience the regular FF Tactics, so the GBA introduced me to it.
I love Super Mario World, but that's originally an SNES game, and I haven't played the GBA version.
