npt3 Neo Pokemon Tournament 3 [Nominations Closed]

It's that time again! Since it did well last time gonna do another Pokemon Poll tournament.

Rules

Spoiler

1. Each person can nominate up to 8 Pokemon.
1a. This number likely will change later. The goal is at least 64.
1b. You may include unreleased Pokemon as long as their name and art/model is released.
1c. Volcarona, winner of the first tournament, and Glaceon, winner of the second, can not be nominated.
2. Only a single nomination is needed per Pokemon for them to be in. If you want to specify a form for image purposes you can otherwise will use base form.
3. Limit amount of spamming. One or two spammy posts is fine here and there but too much and you'll get warning points. Also no flaming at all.
4. No alt accounts and no rigging polls (getting people to vote for specific Pokemon that wouldn't otherwise). If this is found to happen those responsible will no longer have their votes count and the Pokemon may be eliminated.
4a. Advertising matches is fine but don't specify who to vote for. If you want to convince people use the threads themselves.
5. Matches will be randomized and 1v1. No ties will be allowed.
