Do you enjoy Evangelion? If so, which version do you prefer - the original or the modern one? I'd love to hear your thoughts! Personally, I'm a huge fan of the series, and I can think of at least three reasons why I find it so captivating.

If you like Evangelion, please tell me which version of it do you prefer - do you like the OG or the modern one? If so, please explain to me in detail your three reasons why. Aside from my extreme love of Demon Slayer, I'm a massive fan of Evangelion, and I'd be thrilled to hear your perspective.

First and foremost, the depth and complexity of the characters in Evangelion is simply unparalleled. The way the story delves into their inner struggles and psychological turmoil is truly mesmerizing. It's not just a tale of giant robots fighting monsters, but a profound exploration of the human condition.

Secondly, the visual style and direction of Evangelion is nothing short of breathtaking. The mecha designs, the haunting atmosphere, and the mind-bending sequences all come together to create a truly unique and immersive viewing experience. It's the kind of anime that leaves a lasting impression on you, long after the credits have rolled.

Finally, the thematic richness of Evangelion is what really sets it apart for me. So, which version do you prefer? I'd be curious to hear your perspective! And while we're on the topic of anime, I must say that Demon Slayer is also a fantastic series. But for me, Evangelion will always hold a special place in my heart as a true masterpiece of the medium.

Alright, first off, I didn't even say I hated the series; just that it didn't click with me. Those are two very different statements, and I'll thank you to not draw conclusions I didn't say from things I did say.

Second, points are both easy to acquire and not really used for much round here.

Third, why the fuck would you giving me ten points when I already have 16,000 of them somehow change my opinion on an anime that's older than you are, that I already watched partway through and just wasn't vibing with? That's like you becoming a Touhou fan for no other reason than I tossed you a single potato chip.

Don't do this shit in my AMA, and preferably not when interacting with me in general. I roasted and dissected the hell out of some other guy just on the previous page over this kind of thing, and I'd like to not do it a second time.

To answer the actual question now that I've addressed that little outburst of yours, I didn't finish Evangelion and thus never got to see Shinji's character arc to completion. To give an answer with that fact in mind seems unfair, but questions do warrant answers, so answer I shall. He's neat I guess? It's been so long since I watched Evangelion that I don't remember a fair few things, but from what I do remember, he's not terrible at least, but at the same time I can't see myself being like "AYO THIS SHINJI GUY! UROBUCHI IS COOKING!"
