Alternatively a much more small scale one that would likely be casual and let people just goof around Gijinka High: Gijinkas, but in a high school setting. Little hard to say because I've listened to videos that are multiple hours long of various songs, or extended versions of songs, while writing and such. Given the first part I assume you mean from any FE. And in that case...that's actually pretty tricky Maybe Ranulf, from Path of Radiance. He is sorta a laid back dude who doesn't try and stand out much but still has to take command often and tends to be the one to get stuff done.
