[hr] = The horizontal rule (line divider)
[acronym="TEXT"]TEXT2[/acronym] = Shows TEXT when hovering over TEXT2, TEXT2 gains a fuzzy underline in general to show it can be hovered over.

The HR tag working again on NCM as opposed to being super inconsistent/usually non-functional on YCM is super nice, because it's really helpful for RP purpose stuff at least.

Old hr tag on YCM was actually just an image lol and the hosting site kept going down I noticed later. I stepped down before I could make a better version of it.
