Vote for Nephenee, nomination of mine. I like her concept of shy country gal who took on arms, she got my attention right after I found about her, and she was a really good unit for me in Radiant Dawn. I guess sometimes she clashes with Elincia for my top favorite FE gal, but for this tournament I decided to nominate 1 character per franchise, and gave her the chance.
