Brooke cracked her neck as the Miltank spun away. The attack had been surprisingly successful; they had shockingly good coordination for having never met each other before. It wasn’t over yet though. The bells tolled again as Mia declared her intention to do as much damage as possible on her way out. “G-g-got a-a n-n-new p-p-plan,” she forced out over the noise, ignoring the incessant ache seeping into her bones. She couldn’t afford to use Half-Body Susano’o. She had no idea how much more fighting they left ahead of them. She had been practicing her partial form though. She could do this. Another attack slammed into her back, knocking her forward, but Brooke managed to keep on her feet. She threw her arms out to the side and when she did, blue-white flames encircled them, forming into huge arms with wicked, claws hands. The burning pain immediately overshadowed even the tolling of the bells from the Miltank; for the first time, Brooke was almost glad that it hurt to use it. It grounded her. “HY-AH!” Brooke brought both the Avatar’s arms forward to latch onto one corner of the arena and tear at it; the stone immediately started to scorch, and it shattered beneath the claws, before eventually heating up to a point that it began to glow and lose shape, boiling and hissing almost like molten lava. Mia smashed into her again. This time the attack did knock the Emboar off her feet, dispelling her Avatar, but her job was done. There was no way that the Miltank could avoid the portion of the wall she had all but melted, hopefully slowing her down and giving the others a chance to finish the fight.
