Just trying to get the general consensus of were the forum currently lies in regards to the member group situation.

Right, I haven't been able to move the about me to the front but I've now set the about me tab to be the default.

I've had a look and I don't think I can given that the follower system is inbuilt with the forum software.

Just treat the follower system as the friend system.

This could be done by any user, so I don't see this specifically being a site "issue" per se.

But I don't have any qualms with it if @Black @The Warden doesn't.
