AladdinI know it seems like a lot, but he's got so many good ones that it seems wrong to leave out more than 7... also the first Night at the Museum I'm assuming?

It's finally here! The first thread of what should be a fun tournament (and tournament theme)! You may be asking yourselves why I went with Robin Williams to start off this tournament theme, well Robin Williams was one of those actors that if I saw he was in something, I HAD to watch it. Whether it was animated or not, I was a huge fan of Robin Williams (and still am a fan of his work he's left us). According to Wikipedia, there are 71 films he had a role in, even if he was uncredited, cameoed or was under a different name... I'm curious to see which 7 movies of his don't make the cut! I'm only gonna add 1 movie that I'm not sure will be added before all 64 slots are filled. Leave up to 6 nominations, and if we haven't reached the full 64 by midweek (Wednesday or Thursday at the latest) then those who have made nominations can add up to 2 more if they have already left 6.

This is the debut single of the daughter of the legendary country couple Clint Black & Lisa Hartman-Black

This rapper is a friend of mine that I've known for roughly 15 years, he's local to me and this is one of his first songs he's put out

2 hours ago, Nico said:Looks like I've only watched fairly old movies this year, besides MCU stuff for the most part. Out of these, I would then have to give it to Doctor Strange. Haven't been to a theater in years, and it will probably stay that way. I actually did enjoy Thor: Love and Thunder too, but even despite Ragnarok, it wasn't something that I had particularly high expectations to be disappointed of. It felt in the ballpark of the very first MCU movies to me.
That's actually the perfect way to describe Love and Thunder, it felt like the beginning of the MCU.

Here's a list of all the movies I've seen this year, the ones in BOLD are the ones I had low expectations for but they ended up exceeding those expectations, the ones in ITALICS are ones I was excited to see and they were as good as I thought they'd be and those in BOLD & ITALICS are ones that were disappointing to me. Ones without any type of formatting are just ones that I enjoyed. These movies are in order by month they came out (according to Wikipedia anyway)
The Batman
Ambulance
The Northman
The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Top Gun: Maverick
Jurassic World Dominion
Lightyear
Elvis
Thor: Love and Thunder
Hocus Pocus 2
Black Adam
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
Devotion
NOTE: I made this list before seeing Tom Hanks' newest movie A Man Called Otto, so I won't be putting the movie on the list right away, I'll add it to this list once I see it. Out of all these movies I've seen, I think my favorite movie of 2022 has to be either The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent or The Northman. There were so many amazing movies this year, and only a couple I seen that were either flops (Thor: Love and Thunder) or just middle of the road (Jurassic World Dominion and Hocus Pocus 2). If you've seen any of these movies on my list, which one is one of your favorites?

Moon Knight, She-Hulk (I'm in the minority I know on that one) and both the Werewolf By Night and Guardians Holiday specials that came out as well.
-
Pokemon Scarlet was probably my favorite game this year that came out this year. IF DLC releases were included, I'd say the Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 5 would be near the top.

This is an easy one for me... this is probably going to be the newest song in this thread with it coming out a month ago, but this song is so powerful to me

Not sure if this has been posted on here or not... I'm not as active as I used to be

Do you think Dunsparce's evolution is just a massive troll to fans?

I've beaten the 3 stories and post game of Pokemon Scarlet, I personally enjoyed the heck out of the game even with the performance issues. I just need to complete the Pokedex, which that'll take some time since I still need to beat Violet then they need to be added to Pokemon Home so I can transfer Pokemon between the games. Here's my team that I used to take on the Elite 4 and Champion, movesets, levels and tera types will be included, pictures won't so the new Pokemon won't be spoiled for those who have yet to play either of the games.

I literally just heard this song... the artists on this song really are diverse and I love the message

You can DEFINITELY tell this is a 90s music video... not only cause of the quality of the video either
-
I love that ghost types are getting lots of love in the reveals this generation. Yes I realize neither of the 2 newest reveals are ghost (likely 1 ground and 1 steel) but the ones before it are ghost and I might be running a ghost team once the game launches

Another new reveal

2 of mine? Man... I was hoping it wouldn't happen in the first round...

Love the design of the latest Pokemon shown... but am I the only one that thinks it's name is a bit on the lame side? I love that they teased the new gym leader could possibly be a Steel type leader with the Magnemite hair bows or whatever as well
