  1. Should be workable with card-wasting cards like Left Arm Offering, Into the Void, etc.

Bubbleman effect is doable with dedication, just not rewarding enough. Same with the Gyakutenno Megami retrain.

Well, I guess disposing of the cards you draw afterwards could be an issue.

  2. Woah, then that's insane. It rivals the egyptian gods :v

Really, one could make a deck around this, considering it can grabbed by Oviraptor, Miscellaneousaurus, Double Evolution Pill. Looks great, it would require a deck dedicated to it, but would be worth it, IMO.

  3. IMO you can get away without the requirement of the monster remaining on the field for a successful snatch. If the opponent didn't activate its backrow by the time this card attacks, most likely is a dead card Set as bait that he/she can't play, let alone you unless it happens to be a mirror match.

    EDIT:

Oh wait, thought it could only steal Set Spell/Traps but it can take face-up ones too. That lets it disrupt and possibly use Field, Cont. Spell/Traps etc. Still, IMO it can get away without being on the field for resolving the effect xD

  4. AFAIK the Droll + Reincarnation has not been a problem as of late.

I am aware Thunder Dragons play it, but like with Engage, straight to 0 is too much, unless they want to neuter them that badly, which is unlikely.

Hence why Rhongo is more of a problem than Bamboozling. Hitting Rhongo would address the root of the problem. Not to mention Bamboozling is seeing play in Salamangreats in OCG. Could be unfair to affect them as collateral damage.

Yes, I know what Engage does. TCG most likely would follow OCG's example and hit Kagari instead. Engage is what fuels Strikers and keeps them going, limiting it may as well kick them out of the competitive scene, except as an engine for Hornet Drones maybe.

I dare say the moved Stratos to 1 for that purpose already.

  5. You should specify this is for TCG because OCG just implemented their banlist changes on January.

I don't get some of these hits.

Droll & Lock? why? I don't see it played in neither OCG nor TCG.

Gold Sarcophagus to 0 is too drastic. If they hit it, they wouldn't move it to less than 1.

Ideally, they should ban Rhongo before even touching Bamboozling.

Engage to 1 would hurt Strikers a lot, much more than the moves OCG did. This in unlikely unless TCG wants to cycle Strikers out that badly.

Too soon to move Stratos up, IMO.

IDK how much would the changes of Launcher affect Infernities so I'm curious on why you suggest this move.

Other than those, the hits seem reasonable to me at the moment. I would like a lot to have Harpie's Feather Duster.

  6. So far, I like:

    - That you can give reps/likes to status comments.

    - Active admin is a big plus, yeah.

    - The different icons for the sections (especially Feh!)

As for what I I miss:

    - In YCM I clicked on "see my activity" to see a list of all the thread I have posted in, showing in bold text if there was a reply I had not checked out. Here instead shows my own replies, and can't tell if the threads got any new replies. Still looking how to overview the threads I have participated in.

    - Seems you cannot add friends here, and I liked that feature to see and show who was cool with who. Here you can follow users, but AFAIK it's not the same.

For those unfamiliar with Fire Emblem, this is a Nintendo series based on strategy RPG. Fire Emblem Heroes is a mobile version of this game, and, briefly, it is more of a gatcha-like game where you spend a currency, in this case orbs, to roll for units (heroes) that you can level up and customize with skills, and play different game modes, challenges, events, etc.

This thread is for sharing your thoughts, opinions, experiences, updates, and anything related to the game.

For instance, less than 12h are left before the Legendary banner of Azura: Vallite Songstress ends so don't miss it out if you desire her and her unique skills.

There are also seasonal banners going on with Christmas and New Year themes.

As for me, from the New Year banner I got 1 New Year (NY!) Fjorm, 2 NY!Laevateinn, 1 NY!Gunnthra. Gunnthra and 1 Laevateinn arrived with undesirable assets/flaws.

From the Legendary banner I got Summer Takumi and Legendary Hector, have yet to check their assets/flaws.

  8. It really is a Chaos Ancient Gear Giant with inverted effects, for HEROes, and more accessible since it requires less materials. This is fine, IMO. Good for punching or OTKing, but it won't get too big unless you swarm with HEROes, and while they do have a couple of cards for that goal (e.g. Bubbleman, Malicious) you would have to go out of your way as opposed to using those monsters for Links or Fusions.

  9. I have mixed feelings towards the card. On one hand, as Sleepy brought up, is a less taxing Left Arm Offering, but unlike that card, this needs specifically a Normal Spell on hand, which means it has the risk of being dead, and stuns for 1 turn both that Spell and the one you search, and can only grab Normal Spells so no shenanigans like searching and setting a Quick-Play Spell. So it's basically trading card advantage for speed.

It's a card I think would require some testing because I wouldn't be surprised if there were decks that can search for a power Spell and survive the next turn to play it. Can't go wrong with searching Soul Charge.

This card seems like something that would have been made for a game in which stuff like Peropero Cerperus was good. It has ok arrows for a Link 4 but so does Agabe Dragon.

The effect demands some laddering to float back into, and that's more or less what it does... Popping it yourself with cards like Sky Iris is not something you wanna do to a Link 4. The GY destruction is ok I guess though. Hard to dodge destroying any Link 3 or lower for the rest of the game.... and just pray your opponent doesn't Call by the Grave this if needed xD

Note that you can instead pop the Link3 or lower with Sky Iris or destruction engines, and trigger both this card's (3) effect and ideally a floating effect the popped Link has. Granted, that's situational but hey, it's an option xD

  11. I commented on a card like this on the previous forum, but I don't remember if you made any changes.

Anyway, as I said there, being able to Summon itself is decent on its own right, opening for ED plays. I didn't notice it was a Tuner, but that makes this even better, giving access to different Synchro pools as well as the infamous Needlefiber.

  12. Thanks for your reply.

I have made a major change: The first eff now Summons the Aqua monster when a WATER Spellcaster is Summon on your field. Makes it work with WATER Spellcasters with no effects to activate, plus it would be less abusable by preventing to Summon an Aqua every turn if the Spellcaster has an OPT effect.

Ib Miko is also an interesting card to pair this with. Miko is really accessible as a generic Synchro Summonable by Needlefiber.

  13. Same drill as in YCM. Create a Pokemon out of the prompt made by the previous user, and leave a prompt for the next user. You can be as detailed as you want, minimum is name, type, a short description of what the Pokemon looks like or is supposed to be, and maybe a couple of notable moves.

Will repeat the last prompt, posted by me:

Make a Pokemon with Disguise and/or Illusion as Ability options, and with a theme fitting for that Ability.

  14. I stated in the YCM Discord group that this is good IMO and it's bound to get better. As better Link3 and lower Links are released, this improves with them. It's also a decent Link4 to go into when you cannot OTK with a Borrel. I have seen some decks go for Borreload on turn 1 for whatever reason, and in those instances this ought to be a safer opening Link4. Not to mention that 2+ monsters as opposed to the 3+ of the Borrels is a deceptively good difference IMO, as it lets you use a Link3 + 1 monster as material.

    DANE-JP079 スノーマン・エフェクト Snowman Effect
    Normal Trap Card
You can only activate a card with this card’s name once per turn.
    (1) Target 1 face-up monster you control; that monster gains ATK equal to the total original ATK of all other monsters you control until the end of the turn, but that monster cannot attack directly that turn.

IDK you but it doesn't look amazing to me.

    Thoughts?

    Acqua Magica
    Continuous Spell
If a WATER Spellcaster monster is Summoned to your field: You can Special Summon 1 Aqua monster from your Deck or GY whose ATK is lower than that monster's ATK. If that WATER Spellcaster would be destroyed, you can destroy the monster Summoned by this effect instead (even if this card leaves the field). You can banish this card from your GY: Send 1 WATER Spellcaster from your hand or Deck to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Aqua monster from your Deck or GY whose Level is equal or lower than the Level of the sent monster +1. It cannot be destroyed this turn. You can only use each effect of "Acqua Magica" once per turn.

Semi-generic support for all WATER Spellcasters, basically. Ideally it takes 1~2 Aqua techs to take advantage of it, with the intent to keep it as a compact engine. Some archetypes inherently have WATER Spellcasters and Aquas, namely Ice Barriers.

    Thoughts?
