    I feel I should ask since pizza generally has cheese & tomato sauce by default. I didn't quote the cheese since plain cheese is still a pretty popular choice. Is this the default, or extra sauce? or does me asking this make you prefer to choose the ketchup?

     

    EDIT: Also, added mine. Would have had non-meats, but everything I'd have rather was taken by now.
