  1. Erica also feels how the things seems to be getting rougher. "This is not right at all..." She heads to the nearest window and can see the rocks are actually increasing in size and quantity. "Kuso... I shall be right back. Do not summon despair onto your heart." After accidentally butchering a simple "do not panic", she runs and leaves the premises and tries to find one of the staff to tell them the issue with the pilot. She's just a student, it may not be polite for her to tell the pilot how to do his job, but maybe she can find some teacher to make the situation get under control. She heads towards the hangar, to see if there's a staff in there that can help her get through the pilot... also, she wants to be in her mech in case things get rough.

She reaches the hangar without having met any teacher in the way. She arrives the place and sees a couple of people in there, one on top of a mech, the other one pacing around. She right away sees none of them should be a pilot, so she looks at her own mech. "There is a storm of shooting stars attacking us. I will seek for seclusion inside my mech. I recommend to be the same as safety me." She... really meant for them to do as she does for safety, but her standard language is worse than the weather.

  2. Millie sighed disappointed after the whole scene. "Forget it..." She actually was not hungry (and even if she was, she only can fill herself with non-solid food, for obvious reasons) and only wanted to talk with Hinata in a more non intrusive way. However, it was clear that the half demon girl was out of her reach for now, so she decided to head to her room once more and listen to some "music" there, which was actually just ocean sounds in a rhythmical way. She was an easy to entertain person, it seems. She looked at the ceiling, wondering about Hinata and how would this team get together, specially if one of the members would not get to team play properly.

  3. Erica did catch up the slip a bit, but she assumed... "<What a weird first name she has...>" She said lowly to herself in her more natural Asarian language. She didn't pressure the matter any longer because she was not interested in that weirdness. She kept focusing on her book until she was tired of it and closed it to focus more on the others. "I am Sahira Rika. Actually, my legal name Erica Katorian Sapphire..." She is aware she screwed up her second name a bit, but she couldn't care less about it. "... but I am not used to be called in that way." She thinks a bit. "Have not gone around to fix the legal issue either. I have not had the time for that."

    Name: Tatewaki "Touch" Minamizawa

    Gender: Male

    Age: 15

    Physical Description:mcyFVs0.png

Personality: Tatewaki Minamizawa is a gamer and a pretty competitive one to boot, not really able to take a loss and always obsessed with getting back at any rival. He doesn't believe in invincible enemies or impossible tasks, and he's at times obsessed with finding the "game break", no matter what game it is. And no, it doesn't apply only to actual games, but also to life itself.

He loves to play puzzle games and platformers, games where victory can be achieved in more than just one straightforward way. He loves to find the "extra paths" that would make things easier for him on "the next level". He's a bit psyched about what's happening around.

Biography: As the name suggest, Touch is not from America. He was born in Tokyo, in the ward of Arakawa. He lived there most of his life, with several friends. His mother left the family and his father had to work extra time to be able to provide for him and his 4 older siblings. Touch found himself being n home less and less due to his family's complicated life, eventually finding himself on the streets more than at home. He found solace in the underground gaming scene, the one with the money, the hackers and the rest. He was able to win some games and was known for being somewhat "clean", not using hacks for his games. He did rack up an impressive amount of cash before the cops caught the gross of the ring, only him and a few others escaping without being identified. He used this money as savings for himself. This "double life" didn't seem affect his grades, as he kept a high overall score and eventually got the chance to change his life by the way of foreign student exchange. He quickly left his country and got into an high school in America.

He's also pretty brave, willing to stand up against any enemy, no matter the power and size. He will protect Touch when needed, no matter what.

  5. Erica keeps looking at the information in the TV as she momentarily takes a glance a lot of people surrounding the guy in the mask. She stands up after a while, not having seen any info on the astroid field they were heading through, though she probably didn't expected much in that notice. She stands up and walks to the crowd. "It is absolutely impolite to interrupt someone-no-reading, specially by this amount of people." She looks at everyone in a pretty stern way. "And the staff is likely aware of the mask and its content, given we had been a couple of days in this ship already. So I would not be worried about it." She goes to the library shelves and picks a book on Advanced Sensors, then leans on a wall as she reads it. "Remember: The cat dies when it feels curious." She, of course, tried to say 'Curiosity killed the cat', but the language barrier is still there and it's still strong.

  6. Storm Siren sighed and got up. "I guess father was right. These walkers are not looking to be a team and the demon girl was becoming a liability for the team. She's too prideful to accept help and the difference of culture between her and the rest is pretty predominant. I may need to try and get closer to her and see if her callousness with us can be diminished..." She quickly became gas and went into her room. Once there, she took her clothes from the ground and reformed herself with them around, retaking her civilian form, including her glasses and wig. She walked out of the room and back the the living room, carrying a book in her hand. "I would like a piece of that crab leg myself, miss Hinata. And I appreciate your concern, Mr. Elijah, but I can assert the size of the crab is not related to any chemical abnormality on the sea. I had seen such crabs with father in the past down in the depths." She sits down and sighs. "Of course, that means we'll likely deal with more of these from father until we find out just what he wants."

  7. Erica looked at the young boys watching a cartoon and she simply ignored them as she wasn't into that kind of cartoons... she was, surprisingly, into more romantic affairs. She, of course, didn't let that last part to be unveiled. "I am not into entertainment, gentlemen." She then remembered she was gonna miss her show during her time in the cademy unless the cademy was able to get transmissions from Asari. Her thought train was interrupted by the news informing of the Heliosians reappearing. She had heard a bit about them, mainly from the army mentioning them when discussing the making of her mech. She felt the coincidence of the cademy doing a massive call and these old beings reappearing was too much of a coincidence. She kept around to see if there was a report on the asteroid field they were passing right now, as it was interrupting her meditation.

  8. Erica was looking at the window while the ship shook with each maneuver. She saw the asteroid field and, mentally, tried to match the movements with the debris. She was not an expert in that area, but if it was like avoiding projectiles, it was gonna be a tough ride. She went to the ping-pong table, looking at it and then went straight to the library. Erica had already missed a full day, as the first day she actually spent the night prior in the room listening at her box and crying. It was a pretty lonely ride for her, first day of school and nobody who she actually knew was gonna be there. Ice queen broke pretty early in her trip and she didn't want to actually be seen crying. She decided to go to the library and check if anyone was seeing any news on TV about why the asteroid field and also went to the library, wondering about the books they had in there.

  9. Milly herself didn't actually suffer from the wetness as much. After all, she was a living cloud. Her body was pretty much untouched, much things considered. She was feeling a bit bad about the situation, though She looked at Capricorn with concern walking to him and placing her hand in his shoulder. "I am deeply sorry. His dislike of walkers is pretty indiscriminate. And I do not think I can be the one to change his mind about something, specially given the last time I bailed on him ald got him captured." She goes to the rest of the team, checking if they are fine outside of being severely wet. "I do think, indeed, we must do something about our lack of team strategy." She looks at the team, a bit with concern, but also with somewhat of a critical eye. "I do not think it's excusable for me saying this, but he was my mentor and he knows my powers and abilities pretty well, as does my weaknesses, so he had the advantage in the battle."

The only personality issue is that "demure" means shy or reserved which isn't very commanding. Probably don't need the demure bit.
Other than that...the only issue is, once more, the sword. You already have the fire ranged weapon with the dragon head and unsure how the blade turning into a plasma rifle really adds anything, given that's a thing it can already do with the dragon head. Unless you meant something else with the sword beam.

So basically it's almost there. Just a couple small details. And still want to know what, in your opinion, is the difference between this and the other melee oriented mechs.

Okay, let's change that one, then.

Actually, I changed the dragon head to mid range because the dragon head would give a wide flare, it's likely it has a short range, specially compared to than a plasma beam from a more rifle-like sword (and yes, I actually gave the sword the change to become a rifle, though must add the change is manual rather than automatic, as in it must be moved by the mecha).

And honestly, I would give it a more wide range, as it basically has two short range weapons (sword and dragon head), then two attacks with a medium range (dragon head's flare and the ramming) and one with long range (sword rifle).

" although after losing three paternal figures, who knows how she's actually feeling. " This line bothers me. Cause...you know how she's feeling. You can say how she appears to others, and that's fine, but be sure that you know how she feels.
Other than that...I don't mind the coldness, but a little more clarification of what makes her happy and what causes her to help people would be good. As in what sort of things cause those reactions.
Also same as I had to say to....half the cast, make sure there's something that makes sure she doesn't always have to rely on others to do any sort of interaction. Doesn't need to be super social but a cast full of people who keep to themselves would be difficult.

I'm not going to allow it to be able to break a mech with just ramming. Being able to do more damage than the average mech with a tackle is fine but nothing so extreme as instant kill. The weapon still confuses me a little. As I'm unsure the purpose of it being able to transform into so many things. Not that it's too much more unsure it's necessary.
But like I said to Zai a bit worried with all the close combat mechs so just make sure to look over the other melee mechs and tell the differences between them.

    • Yeah, the idea of that line was to state how an outsider would see her. Once again, my brain had farted. Will fix that line.
    • Uh huh... yeah, can't have a class of shut-ins, indeed. It would be nice to add something else to also fix that happiness thing (or at least the "ice queen warming up slightly" smile she's more likely to sport.
    • Okay, I'll try making the ramming less intense.
    • Yeah... I think I'll simplify the weapon a bit more. Specially, if there's something else used. I'll also change the weapon a bit more, to not have much of a matching combat style with other mechs.

First I was writing all this when you replied and how the heck do you think me accepting a single person means you're out?

I have read this many times and I kinda keep getting lost. The wording is kinda confusing and it feels all over the place. I don't get the point of intentionally doing things the hard way, especially if the reason that she does her best is because she had to to survive. Wouldn't that make someone try to do things in the most efficient way?
Honestly the personality feels really jumbled and I'm not fully sure what specifically to point to for it. It seems kinda conflicting and I'm still not sure what kind of person she is.

"Kingdom of Asari" might want a different name cause I can't stop thinking about the Asari from Mass Effect.
Once again I got a little lost during this. There's a lot of names and a lot of nothing happening during this history section. I find it odd because I don't see how this history relates to her personality really. She lost three parent/parent-like people and isn't affected by that at all? And why was she taking part in this robot battles to begin with?

English and Japanese don't exist, as Earth isn't a place people visit. So the language thing would need to be changed. (The basic language could just be refered to as, well, Basic.)

The statistics and equipment part is missing some words. And I have to admit the idea of a mech using throwing knives is utterly ridiculous even for this setting.
I didn't specify how large the mechs were and I prefer you don't either. Especially given 10 stories is kinda uh....bonkers.
Honestly there seems to be a bit...much going on with this thing.

Overall the main issues is I'm having trouble following what you wrote and what I did understand feels sorta conflicting.

    In order:

    1. I thought you wanted to keep a low number, a certain amount to not get overblown with too many characters to follow up.
    2. Yeah... I guess I went too far on the contrast thing. Way too far. And yes, you're right, the personality makes no sense and I'm at fault on that. Should had kept it simple.
    3. I never played Mass Effect, and only heard of it because of the ridiculous ending of Andromeda, so that was unintentional.
    4. That part totally escaped by my radar. Once again, my fault. I think I got too crazy with the deadline thing, specially because I was stuck in some parts of the biography.
    5. That was me throwing parallelisms, actually. I added them in the notes to... well, kinda explain without having to go too much by using Earth equivalents on the notes (Instead of English or Japanese, is Branish and Asarian). And yes, I'm checking again and I only mentioned English and Japanese in the notes. In any case, it's "space English" and "space Japanese". Because shortcuts.
    6. The missing letters is my lack of proof reading, as I didn't want the application to come out too late, so I rushed it. The knives thing... okay, I'll admit I don't even know where it came from. The 10 stories... well, given a Gundam is 6-7 stories tall and an Eva is three times that, I thought 10 was a reasonable size. But yeah, I will correct.

I also wanted to ask questions in a discord, to get a more fluid feedback. You mentioned you were opening one, but you didn't post a link or anything to it.

Based on a surreal Industrial Revolution AU.

    Spoiler

Name: Erica Katrianna Sapphire, a.k.a. "Sahira Rika" (last name first)
    Age: 15
    Gender: Female
    Race: Human (Caucasian)

    Appearance:

    Spoiler

    This is her look.

She does, however, tend to wear a red kimono like this as well, specially when she's not training.

    Height: 4'11''/1.50 m

    Weight: 110 lbs/49.9 kg

    Measurements: 32A-26-34

    Personality:

    Spoiler

As an Asarian-raised person, she appears to be somewhat calm and respectful. Despite her mech being fire based, her raising and desire to be a strong woman led her to be more of an ice queen, as she tends to keep her emotions and thoughts for herself and never lets others know how she feels. She's pretty cold to people and her treat with them is mostly business. She's not really silent, however, as she tends to be somewhat commanding, yet keeping the respect and calm the Asarian are known for. Her gaze is mostly focused and, despite the demureness, she's very strong willed. Despite her coldness, she has the rare moment where she shows worry and concern for someone in distress and when she's happy, either by having accomplished something significant on her class or combat or when she gets a letter from her home land, a soft smile slips from her coldness.

She's no pushover when it comes to mech battles and she's usually known to not show any kind of "soft" gesture towards an opponent, not even if it's a training session. If she can end a battle quickly, she will do it without doubt. She doesn't want to come out as ineffective, as that's how you get yourself clubbed. However, she guards no animosity outside of the battlefield against anyone she doesn't already consider a menace. In fact, despite her coldness, she prefers having friends.

She can fit herself into a group when battling or studying, but prefers solitude in her free time, usually preferring a soft tea and walks in the park. Basically, she likes to not mix her free time with her time in the cademy. She also likes to spend her free time designing mechs or making models, which is something she loves to do. When she feels melancholic, she tends to go to a very far corner of the cademy and listen to some lullaby songs recorded in a music box and with earphones, the songs being mementos of her caretakers (a lullaby from her mom, Rovnshire's anthem, a song "Doc Masaru" used to hum during work, etc...) and the box being a gift from "Uncle Tenma". She only allows herself to cry for this.

Her way of speech tends to forgo contractions and colloquialisms, and she's pretty rusty with regular figures of speech. She also has a severe trouble of not detecting sarcasm very well... or at all. She's also lost with some figures of speech and can be literal-minded sometimes. She may also be seen as a bit cowardly due to the fact that, despite being brave, she tends to avoid battles that she's not sure she'll win, not out of fear of the enemy but out of her dislike for losing. When she loses, even if she doesn't show it, she tends to be steaming under her icy exterior.

    History:

    Spoiler

She was born in the planet of Threif, specifically in the mining colonies on the south owned by the Company Metals in Rovenshire, from an ailing mother dedicated to mining and a soldier father, both of which didn't get to see her get into school years. Her mother died when she was 5, due to the low quality of the air in the village surrounding the mines. A year earlier, her father was tasked to move even deeper south, towards the terrains of the natives, in order to secure a new mine, only to die in a tornado. She was left in the care of the physician of the village, Miien Masaru, a man was from the Kingdom of Asari she always called "Doc Masaru", in the Kuma Ring asteroid field, made out of interconnected asteroids in the Kuma 1 ( ν1 Dra) star system.

She was taken to said place after just a couple years, when the contract for the mining was over, so she was sent to Asari with the man. She had a hard time with the new culture, but she was able to endure eventually learning the language and even adopting the culture as her own. It still confuses people around her how well the Branian girl acts like the "pale flowers" of Alpha, even if she's more "gutsy" than the average, though never disrespectful. The man called her "Sahira Rika" because of his own hearing problems and his lack of sight and she eventually began to call herself that name, even if legally she still keeps her birth name. After 5 years of living, she was left alone again when the man died to an unknown infection.

Her new caretaker was Miien Tenma, called "Uncle Tenma" by her, who was kinda shocked by this "outstarred" girl living, acting and speaking like a native. He was an architect and an engineer and was tasked with making a new engine for the rails that transported people and cargo between the asteroid cluster that forms the colony. She learned the trade of engineering from him, often helping him in the hard tasks and all. She learned design basics and used the knowledge she got from the popular pastime that was Roborawr, or robot brawling, where humans mounted in robots fight (granted, the robots were more like glorified robotic suits, around twice a man), making one of her own to fight in her free times.

Eventually, she becomes very good in Roborawr herself, to the point she's chosen by Asari's council to enter MechA cademy as a representative for her colony, due to the lack of mechanized military in the country. She heard a lot about the place and accepts the offer, while the council expects her to learn enough from her fellow people to help them develop their own mechs, which are usually only re-purposed Roborawr models. However, for her entrance into the battle, she was given a decommissioned mech from Kateng, one of the largest kingdoms in the ring, which was readapted to both use the same movement system as her Roborawr "mech" (i.e. mechanic levers) and refurbished to not look like a Kateng mech.

Combat Style: She's a close quarters fighter first and foremost, her strategy being mostly getting as close as possible to the enemy. She's very adept to analyzing and using the area around her for her advantage. She doesn't waste energy on hard targets and prefers to not attack until an opening shows. When she's on the advantage, she doesn's waste time to end the battle ASAP. She's not a stealth fighter by any means, as she prefers to attract attacks so she can outmaneuver them.
Skills: She's bilingual (Rovan and Asarian, the former being her birth tongue, while rusted, the latter being her more natural one). She also has knowledge of mechanical engineering and has good repair skills.

Other: Rovenshire is basically space!England, and the Kuma Ring is basically the space version of the far east, with Asari being based on Japan and Kateng being China. So she's an English girl in a steampunk style that was raised as a Japanese. It's all due to the character's original history I'm trying to get off the ground being based on the Industrial Revolution and the Meiji restoration... and yes, it's a story with mechs.

    Mech:

    Spoiler

    Name: KRA-095r Asari-Modified Diyulong "Shouryuu"
    Appearance:

    Spoiler

An all white heavily armored humanoid mecha with red lining, thick forearms and lower legs, a kinda big backpack and a very rudimentary head. The feet seem to be claws with big wheels at the sides of the shins. The cabin is in the unit's belly, above the waist articulation. The left forearm looks like a dragon head and the right arm has a regular hand, but with three fingers instead of 5. There's a large sword kind of mounted in the right hip of the mech. It's slightly shorter than a basic mech and is also at twice as heavy.

    Statistics and equipment:

    • General: The mech was made for combat though the use of fire. It has a plasma generator in the backpack and a very advance distribution system capable of feeding its weaponry and was made with the power to hold the heavy generator.
    • Body:
      • The heavy armor of the mech was made for very high temperatures, due to its weaponry. The mech can withstand up to 3500°C/6332ºF and the armor can redirect that thermal energy into the energy pack, recharging the mech. This armor is also thicker and heavier than the basic mech's.
      • The legs, besides the claws as feet, has double wheels on the sides of the shins. The front claws fold up while the wheels roll down to the feet, the heel claw has a mini wheel on the base and folds to let it down on the ground as a balance wheel. The wheels don't have any propulsion in themselves, to they depend on the movement of the mech.
      • The backpack has the mech's main energy pack, a plasma generation system for the fire-based weaponry and two large thrusters angled down for impulse, though their power can't actually help to lift the heavy mech. This, combined with the wheels, help the mecha to move around at higher speeds than by only running. The run speed is slightly slower than a basic, but its "rocket skating" can make it go up to 10 times faster. The energy pack, however, only allows for full speed travel for 4 hours without having to recharge.
      • The mecha can reload using heat from the area, a method with an average charging speed, but it can also use light with the aim of a photovoltaic pack on the backpack. This method is 4 times slower than the thermal method.
      • The cabin is locate in the lower torso, right above the waist articulation. The pilot seat is a harness hanging from the ceiling and the controls use mechanical levers and a rudimentary control system for most of its features. It has a good escape system, with the cabin being able to eject itself from the mech.
    • Weapons:
      • The main weapon is a large two handed broadsword, 3/4 the length of the mech, whose blade that can open in the middle, revealing a nozzle from the blade's core, with a sight coming from the guard and the hilt taking a more diagonal position, to make the sword into a blaster. This is done by the mecha moving the hilt and the sword is pretty heavy. This blaster is a long range weapon and shoots a long stream of plasma reaching 2500ºC/4500ºF.
      • The left arm has a think dragon head with "fangs" that can act as claws, capable of pierce a basic mech's armor, and it also can shoot fire blasts from the mouth the size of a mech's head, thanks to the mech's plasma generator. This is a medium range weapon, and the fire can reach 1800ºC/3200ºF, less than the blaster sword.
      • The mech also can ram another mecha with its "rocket skating", thanks to its armor also being resilient enough to withstand the contact with other mechs. This melee attack is much more damaging than the ram of similar sized mechs.

  14. Amane approached Tomino High with her usual beaming smile. It was her first day wearing a highschool uniform and the first day of her in said highschool. She was ready to make friends and get her grades high... only for a certain flyer posted in the area to shove those priorities to the side momentarily. It seems a chance... no, a challenge formed in front of her. The Gunpla Club... the one thing that called her attention from this school, was open for new members. She smiled more deviously, then she looked at her bag and opened it. She had a red box with a black logo in the shape of a helmet. "The time had come, my dear creation... Destiny awaits us..." She closed her bag, gave a giggle and quickly ran into the place, changing her shoes and heading for her first day of class.

Later that day, she was ready for this. Alone in a corner, she opened the box and there it was: held by the padded lining of the box, was a red gunpla with some strange features, like claw-like shin armor and claw decorations on the wings. It was weird, but it was a gunpla, with wings, a large rifle and a shield. It was also pretty big, likely due to the fact of it being a 1:100 MG model. She closed the box and headed to the room. She simply went in there with her usual beaming smile, while internally screaming for the chance of being in a club that liked her style. At least, she hoped so. Her brother was too traditionalist about making models, only focusing on the canon models, while she prefers to use stuff she modded. She was now in front of the club door. She took a deep breath and opened the door. "Hi~!" She was showing her beaming smile, while holding her boxed gunpla behind her back. "I come to join the club~!"

  15. BASICS

    • Applicant: ZetaRESP
    • Name: Millieme Marius
    • Alias: Storm Siren
    • Age: 21 ("born" March 3rd)
    • Gender: Female
    • Species: Human/Living Storm

    APPEARANCE

    • Height/Weight: (normal) 5ft3/108 lbs. (1.60 m/49 kg.)
    • Build/Complexion: Average build, skin appears pale.
    • Hair: Her hair is dark silver and kind of frizzled like that of a storm cloud.
    • Eyes: Dark gray, almost black, though they can be barely seen behind her glasses.
    • Clothing:
      • Uniform: A dark silver bodysuit with a discreet pattern (i.e. texturing) in the shape of clouds, light silver opera gloves and thigh high body fitting boots with the same discreet pattern, a tribal logo in light silver on her chest showing four tribal "streams" of elements (lightning, rain, wind and snow) in a cross formation inside a tribal cloud. Her hair is tied in a high tail and she sports a silver tiara on top with an onyx as the center stone.
      • Casual: A dark red jumper on top of a black T-shirt with red and black sneakers. She wears a waist long black, straight wig to hide her hair color and she has somewhat thick glasses to make her eye color not be visible. Said glasses have a light graduation but she can still see perfectly without them due to how her body works.

    ABILITIES

    • Powers:
      • Storm Form: She can become a storm cloud being. This airborne form makes her immune to cold and rain, diseases and most physical attacks, though she can be blown away and energy attacks may still harm her. This form is partial humanoid when not restricted, as she instinctively forms a torso, arms and a head.
      • Regeneration: Because of her strange anatomy, she can regenerate completely using the humidity in the air. This makes her actually unable to age. In fact, the only reason she looks like a grown up now is because she decided to grow from her "innocence"during her rising.
      • Size Change: While she can't change her mass, she can change her size, being able to compress her body and even take take a human form the size of a small doll (3 3/4 in). She can also expand herself, but only as a cloud, being able to fill a 2400 ft3 (70 m3) space. Because of this, she can pass by any kind of opening, no matter how mall it is, making her near intangible. This, of course, makes her unable to pass though any airtight space and she can actually be stopped by an air filter and even be trapped if it's a multilayer filter.
      • Storm Attacks: As she pretty much is a living storm, she can generate storms from her body: Thunderstorms, Blizzards, Hailstorms, Downpours and the like. She can also use the elements of each storm by herself when not in storm form, as a more localized attack. She looses energy when she uses her elements, leaving her as kind of a harmless mist if she keeps going too long.
      • Enhanced Body: She has more stamina than any normal human, as well as advanced agility and reflexes, making her also good in hand to hand combat. Her storm form can move at speeds of up to 30 mph.
      • Liquid Infusion: She can actually merge into any body of water, becoming invisible as well and even altering it with her powers. This has the risk of her being trapped if the liquid's congealed, but she's immune to the liquid being boiled.
    • Equipment:
      • Storm Cloth: Originally in the form of a toga in which she woke up on, it was altered into a bodysuit by Orm. It seems to be made of special molecules that are actually synchronize to her, behaving like if they were part of her own body. She can even use her regeneration to repair it if it gets damaged, though it's slower to do so than repairing her own body.
      • Thunderstruck coin: A 1917 1 Millieme coin. This coin is more of a memento than anything, as she consider it the "seed of her birth". It's also the source of her first name.
      • Atlantean Locket: A shell-shaped locket where she has a drawing she made of her "father" Ocean Master and her coin.

    PERSONALITY

She a somewhat motherly attitude, mainly acting with concern respect of her teammates, and is... well, very, very nice. She loves children and she loves taking care of them, which explains why she became a daycare worker. She loves drawing, even though her style may be somewhat rough. She may seem content, but underneath that shell, she has a stormy turmoil. This stems mostly from her lack of identity, as everybody seems to agree she's no longer the human woman she used to be. In fact, nobody can't tell her who she is, where's she from, how old she is, which really affects her. Her somewhat inflected English is a very vague clue that she's probably British or maybe even Australian. She used to be desperate for answers, but given what happened the last time she tried to actively hunt for answers, she decided to try and live with her albeit foreign identity. Because of her development in the open and her raising, however, she has a bit of a "tough core", meaning she harbors a bit of resent against the "walkers", just like her "father". She is, however, just too nice to actively oppose them.

    HISTORY

    Spoiler
    • March 3, 21 years ago: A strange storm brews in the Red Sea. A man sees this and flips an old 1 Millieme coin in the air. It's immediately struck by a continuous lightning, eventually forming a ball of light that dropped down into a humanoid mist shape. This shape eventually solidified and took the form of a young human girl in a toga. Her cloudy gray hair and pale skin were her main attributes. She was confused as the man was so terrified he passed out. She tried to help him, but lots of other men came in and, seeing the phenomenon, some attacked. By reflex, she shot one of the men with a lightning, knocking him out cold and scaring the others. She decided to flee the area, eventually discovering she could levitate and then took the form of a storm cloud, moving into the sky. She kept the coin, taking the figure in it as her name.
    • 21 to 15 years ago: She lived as an outcast all this time, moving with the storm and only landing every once in a while, as she can't stand being in the sky too long. The result was always the same: people sees her as an envoy of disaster, mostly due to word of mouth from other areas. This leads to confrontations that leave her increasingly disillusioned, specially when she tries to either help people or to find more about her origins.
    • December 25, 10 years ago: She landed on the Atlantic Coast, this time trying to avoid any contact. However, her arrival was somewhat expected by the Justice League, who apparently were aiming to confront her. She made a run for it and tried to leave by the ocean, but the League was making it hard. Eventually, she's "saved" by someone from the depths... one Orm Marius.
    • 10 to 5 years ago: She found herself under the tutelage of none other than the Ocean Master, who was currently in self-imposed exile after his escape from Belle Reve. He pretty much raised her like he would raise her daughter (that is, as a future ruler of Atlantis), though she was somewhat too compassionate to be a tough-as-nails. He gave her the nom de guerre "Storm Siren" due to her abilities, while she took Orm's last name as her own, accepting herself to be the daughter of the Ocean Master. She also gave herself a more adult look undr the suggestion of Orm himself, eventually defaulting in that form. It was all fine until he decided to fight for the throne of Atlantis once more.
    • December 4, 5 years ago: Orm and his men attacked Earth in order to find and defeat Aquaman for the throne of Atlantis. Millieme, now fully into her role of Storm Siren, was ready to try and create a diversion by flooding a building and from there the isle of Manhattan with the help of his father's own powers doing enough of a storm, but before she tried, she heard the sounds of worried children and the child in her told her they need help. She used her powers to save the children from the storm... which pretty much allowed Aquaman to best him and force him to escape. They left so hastily that Millieme was left behind, eventually found by the League. They were both aware of her previous "attacks", which they were also aware were mostly in self-defense, as well as her intended involvement in Ocean Master's attack. Aquaman himself, however, spoke in her favor, stating that she has a "good heart" and is willing to recommend her for the League. She leaves the premises, however, vanishing into the streets.
    • 5 years ago to present times: She decided to play low, hiding her identity in her current casuals, and tried to make a life of herself, eventually being hired to help in a daycare. She becomes well acquainted with the kids in the area and it all goes well. Eventually she uses her powers, in more discreet ways, to help in minor ways, mostly trying to be under the radar. Then, one of the now teenage kids she saved back then recognizes her due to her wig being snared in a fence as she's recovering a ball. She tries to run away to avoid others to see her and recognize her... only to run into Batman. Before she can react, she's transported into the Watchtower, where she finds out that A) teletransportation is messy in her body and B) the League had found her long time ago, but they limited themselves to keep her under vigilance (well, mostly Batman). He, along with the other founding members of the League, came to her and revealed that, while she was gone, they had actually voted in favor of her being added to the League, having pretty much agreed with Aquaman's observation of her being too nice. She says she doesn't really feel like being " so far up here", but the League state that, actually, they have a new place for her to be... the Titans program.

    SAMPLE

The building was full of smoke and one could hear the coughing people asking for help. Storm Siren entered the place in her heroic garbs, for once in a long time, and tried to scan the area. She could se the origin of the smoke and first saw a woman in the lobby at the edge of passing out. She dragged her outside and tried to see if she could breath, then shifted into a cloud and tried to push herself into her lungs to try and make her breath. She even made a small shock, which seemed to work as she's coughed off the body. She regenerates quickly and heads back inside, looking to see if the was anyone else inside.
