Typing doesn't seem to stand out, and Level 6 is good for Xyzs such as Beatrice and Strike Bounzer. Needless to say, it's good for Link laddering and Synchro plays. With those stats and Level, and the potential synergy with Qliphorts, IMO it can get away with Monarch stats for the extra bit of support. 

    Inversely... You could also gain odd ends of LP to fulfill this guys condition. So this could possibly pair well with Aromage too considering how incremental their LP gains are and that this could also trigger their effects with its LP gaining follow up.


  2. Damn that is brutal... I mean I primarily seen Kaiju as boss killer engine, but this might give them additional edge over the increments of the that which would go into boss monsters... It could also be pretty handy in Skill Drain beatdown strats. And although pretty obvious to people who have played Kaiju, it should be noted that Gameciel could slap the final nail in the coffin for your opponent who doesn't run easily accessible monsters whose ATK exceeds 2200 (to bait its innately abusive non-OPT effect).

    The thing is It doesn't help with going 1st plays which Kaiju naturally abysmal at handling; it only further cements the Deck as best going 2nd which can cause complication in dealing with possible OTKs when your opponent is the one going 2nd. It comes down to being an all or nothing strat. So naturally you would want to play things that naturally hinder your opponent like Inspect Boarder when going 1st... Or at least something to buy you time to be able to further implement some form of lock down.

    Not a fan of omni-negations, personally. I prefer when cards negate a single category (Monster, Spell/Trap, Summon, effect in the GY,etc.). I find them both more fair by letting the opponent do something, and even more creative since it doesn't feel like a "I will make it negate anything and call it a day" approach.

    I for one appreciate the Level 9 for the support it gets (WL Level 9s, Monstrosity, Generaids, True Kings, etc.).

    I could make it a Pendulum... But, its Level (which goes with their Leveling motif) would get in way since Igknight's naturally scaling is 2-7. I , however, am not worried about that since Igknight could readily search another copy of this by destroying their scales , thus providing the proper fuel for its summoning conditions once again.

     

    Okay... I have an idea: so what if I made it omni-negation, but at the cost of destroying a card you control with the corresponding card type (monster, spell, trap), similar to Arcana_Knight_Joker. That way you usually have a little range of what you can negate, being Monsters and Spells usually... Since Pendulum Cards could be used  as a Monster or Spell. Traps would be unlikely to negate so this would be vulnerable to stuff like Infinite Impermanence.


  4. I like how you drew the wisp of smoke around your character... That detail is stunning. And definitely love the oil lamp for a hat. The added candles on the end of her candle snuffer staff (or broom?) also is pretty neat.


  5. K... I'll shoot. Since I've seen witches seem to be your forte... How about a witch?... But, here is a catch... Her clothing, hair, and/or accessories must incorporate candles and  candle wax or anything relating to those somehow (candle holder, candle snuffer, etc).


  6. Although probably strongly irrelevant these days, I, for one, really love that Tribe Infecting Virus is back in TCG... It is about time. It seems it could probably be a good side somewhere down the line and I can see it be teched in modern Mermail/Atlantean builds nicely.

    Not much to say. It's a power card that requires at least 1 turn of set-up, or 2 so you play it during your turn for a potentially big extension of plays. But then both this card and your ED monsters have to survive the opponent's turn. A funny play that occurs to me is splitting an Apollousa once its ATK runs out to get 4 monsters back... but depending on the quality of those monsters, they can be just 4 monsters to block attacks, or a lot of pluses if they each have +1 On-Summon, float or Quick Effects.

    Or you could use this to hit your opponent's ED monsters against a Deck that you know for sure doesn't have very many ED monster card type options since this card locks the Summoned Materials from being used as mats for other ED monsters with the same card type, and proceed to watch them lose board presence that could temporarily clog their board only to be destroyed on the End Phase for damage to be inflicted upon them... Allowing for that follow up win if the position you are in is favorable, and if you played your cards right.


  8. I am kind of surprised about getting this. I thought my accounts of rustiness might have made people thought less of my CC stuff... Maybe some of the more experimental members might have been more noteworthy. Heck...  Either way I am thankful for people who supported me in getting this reward. ~ T'anks a million.
