Core Package:

(You can only have 1 "CyberWorld - The Internet" in your deck.)
Your hand size limit becomes 5. If this card would be sent to the GY or banished (even if it would be banished face-down), except by its own effect: you can activate this card directly to your Field Spell Zone. This card is unaffected by other card effects while on the Field, in the GY, or banishment. During the Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw: if you have less than 5 cards in your hand, you can reveal 10 cards in your deck (or your entire deck, if less than 10), your opponent chooses cards to add to your hand until it has 5 cards. (The remaining cards, if any, are shuffled back into your deck.) If you control a monster that does not have "NetNavi," "DoubleSoul," or "ChaosUnison" in its name, or you activate a card or the effect of a card that does not include "NetNavi" or "DoubleSoul" in its card text: banish this card face-down.

This card cannot be Tributed or used as material for a monster summoned from your opponent's Extra Deck. When a card or effect is activated while you control "CyberWorld - The Internet": you can negate that activation, and if you do, place 1 Full-Synchro Counter (max. 1) on this card. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: remove all Full-Synchro Counters from this card, and if you do, the damage from that battle is doubled. If you do not control a Field Spell: you can activate "CyberWorld - The Internet" directly from your Deck. You can only control 1 "NetNavi - Mega Man."

(You can only have 1 "Operator - Lan Hikari" in your Deck.)
This card cannot be Summoned. You can reveal this card in your hand: activate 1 of the following effects:
● Reveal 1 "NetNavi" monster in your Deck: Special Summon that monster or add it to your hand.
● If you control "NetNavi - Mega Man" (Quick Effect): You can remove all counters from monsters you control. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.
● Banish all monsters you control until the End Phase: inflict 1 damage to your opponent, and if you do, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the start of the next Phase.
You can only activate the effect of "Operator - Lan Hikari" twice per turn, and each effect can only be used once per turn.

If you control no monsters: you can Special Summon 1 "NetNavi" monster from your deck.
