Vote for Zinnia. One of my nominations, and still one of the Pokemon gals that get my attention the most, tied sometimes with May (when she is not shipped with Ash >.>).
And that's despite the reveal of new Pokemon gal contenders lately.

If Zinnia had more time to be fleshed out this'd be tough but I honestly don't remember her personality really well. Marisa I know super well and her Heroes voice clips are the best voice clips in the game.
