Vote for Milotic. Such an elegant Pokemon. I find cool that it appears to be an opposite of Gyarados, in that they both evolve from a rather frail and ugly fish-like Pokemon, and look like Dragons and yet aren't Dragon type. I'm surprised it didn't get a mega form like Gyarados did.
