Dropping a vote for Meloetta.
I find her pretty, especially in her Pirouette forme. Now, if only there was a more practical way for her to change forms and take advantage of the different stat spreads, but alas, she just can't. Her signature move could have been better at least. No complaints on the 10% sleep chance, doubled by her ability, but the base power could have been higher, and maybe factor the higher offensive stat to it still packs a punch in her pirouette fome.
