As much as I like Shaddolls, I just don't see Midrash/Winda as waifu material. I would rather have Shekhinaga instead, who I forgot to nominate after we were allowed 2 more nominations. But I digress.
On the other hand, Raye is a very fine gal, and I like Sky Strikers not only due to their meta relevance that even today still stands, also because it has, or had, engine potential and I had plenty of fun with a variant that ran Mekk-Knights. Not to mention that I fancy her theme of wearing mecha suits of different Attributes. So, Raye gets my vote.
