(2) If this card is sent to the GY or banished as material for the Fusion Summon of a “HERO” monster: You can draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card.

Took them a while to make an Altair/Wolfbark for HEROes. WATER is nice for potential Toadally Bahamut times along Bubbleman or Ocean if you are being silly; could have been a blast back on the days of Toadally HEROes. SSing Shadow Mist or Vyon from the GY and trigger their effects is neat, too.
Second effect seems good, too, and reminds me of Fluffal Penguin, which also is Level4 WATER. Their effects really are the same xD
