Heh, both movies starring Robert Downey Jr.
Tough one for me. Iron Man fascinated me the first time I watched it, especially when the mechanisms for the assembly of the suit were highlighted, felt as if they were making mechanics and mechatronics cooler. Sucks that he following Iron Man movies didn't focus as much on that part, and even in its latest appearance the suit was pretty much made out of nanobots, making it much more unrealistic/fantastic.

Sherlock Holmes is a good movie for me too, with the cleverness, plot twists, and the inner monologues and analysis of Holmes.

Guess I go for Iron Man because it made the character cool, plus it was the start of the new MCU.
