  It is a bit different at first but it doesn't take too much to get used to it. Spoilers are a bit of a pain and Statuses need you to do some setup if you don't wanna visit profiles every time you answer to them (though I did not make such adjustments). Other than that, it's actually pretty familiar and tries to actively improve itself a ton.
