    "Let's gooooooooooooo!" The girl had started her morning with a very emphatic call to the sky, a big grin on her face as the breeze  whipped through her hair. Today was the day they were going to start their way towards the mainland, and from there, their true journey would begin. Jacklyn couldn't contain her enthusiasm, the meat of their adventure within arm's reach of her and a party to go along with her into it. With that, she waited for the others to wake up and once they had begun hustling to get to their ferry. 

    As Ivan muttered something about boats, Jacklyn nodded saying,"I know right?" A smile on her face, clearly missing Ivan's own detest for it, she continued,"I've seen boats come and go all my life, but I've only ever been on one once. And now, in less than a week I get to go on a second one!" As they got to the ferry, the girl was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't be departing immediately, but just had to live with waiting around. It was then that she perked up at Ivan's suggestion saying, "oh, that's a good idea! But we probably shouldn't too stray from the boat. After all, a few hours can go by like that -" she waved her hand and made a "woosh" noise as she did so. "But, we could train against each other on the boat. After all, I'm sure Rus would love to spar with Po and Moo - oh but Cherry didn't do much yet, so I'm sure she'd love to just as much!" 

    As she said this, and started making her way towards the ferry, she stopped in her tracks. "Right!" Rummaging through her bag, she stopped as her hand seemed to find what it was looking for. Jacklyn began to walk away, before snapping the device out from the backpack and using it as fast as she could. Saying, "cheese!" the device was none other than a camera she had purchased and she had hastily took a picture of the group. Turning the picture for everyone to see she said, "look at that. Our first memory as a group!" Due to her haste, the picture was  somewhat blurry. Due to their varying heights and none of them expecting to have their picture taken, only parts of each of their faces were actually in frame and the background was mostly just the side of the ferry. All the same, the girl seemed pleased with herself before pocketing her camera.

    There had definitely been more normal nights then this one. Alois was not expecting to start his night off with an invasion of a hundred undead soldiers hellbent on killing all of them, nor was he expecting any of the allies that followed. But, quite like traveling back in time, this was just a thing that happened and as the bodies disintegrated into smoke, the boy simply shrugged and just let oddities be oddities. There was a lot that he still did not understand, and the sudden ghost abbot was one such thing. Yet, though he didn't fully grasp the idea behind the ghost's abilities, he understood that it was a way to make himself stronger. Alois, knew that he was strong and he knew that he was able to give the Awakened a run for the money in a contest of raw strength. However, it had also become apparent to him that were he to take these contests he would've stood no chance against any more than one opponent. Looking to all of the other people here, he had seen them take blow after blow standing steadfast and not falling to the constant swarm of Awakened attacks and from the scrapes he did receive from them he became keenly aware of one fact. He could not do the same. 

    Walking up to the Abbot, the young fighter still had a smirk on his face that masked his own shaken confidence. Speaking up towards him he asked, "so, you have some kind of magic to make us stronger then? Well, if you want to take the challenge of making me better, then go ahead. I dare ya." The Abbot, likely seeing through this faux taunt simply complied with the boy and worked whatever strange powers he had. 

    All at once Alois saw a brief sudden flash of images and sounds - more akin to memories than anything else. The boy saw himself with the milita back in his hometown and whereas before he was sure he had just brushed off any instruction he was given, this time he had paid more attention to the instructor. He had picked up more on how to actually fight with less reckless abandon and be more on the defensive against foes. There was also a brief period of time that flashed before his eyes where instead of chopping trees he started tackling trees to build up his endurance and hardiness. This, of course, did not happen for very long. 

    When all was said and done, Alois blinked with a clearly surprised expression on his face. It felt a bit off but, he was positive everything he had just seen had happened and after a brief moment of confusion just shook it off. Feeling somewhat sturdier as well, Alois looked to the man and said, "alright. You win."

    "Oh, oh, oh! Me next, me next!" The exuberant form of Tsetseg, who seemed to really want to jump on this opportunity for reasons the boy couldn't quite discern, had bounded towards the Abbot. Looking eagerly at him, she also seemed to zone out for a second, before snapping back in confusion. Wiggling her fingers a bit, she looked ecstatic as she just let out a, "whooooooooaaa."

     Not paying much attention beyond that, Alois decided to then address the second most pressing issue here. Looking at the newcomer girl on horseback, he said, "so, thanks for coming in and helping us and all but like...who the fuck are you?"

    Personality

    Yuuka is a person who diligently works towards all tasks of becoming a great hero before her. She is a student who is always readily attentive to whatever is being taught and seems to take good notes. Never skipping any kind of practice it would appear as though she does everything she can towards becoming a better person and hero. This makes it all the more strange that the girl herself has no actual aspiration to become any kind of famous or "top" hero herself. Her joys and efforts are found less in heroics and more in helping others to reach their maximum potential as heroes. 

    Yuuka is always willing to help fellow heroes to be in improving themselves, whether they actually want her help or not. This comes off as her not really being sensitive towards others, merely stating what she thinks they could be doing better bluntly and as fact. This is only made worse by her knowing that people have different strengths and abilities, and so of course in order to help give advice tailored to that individual she is not only a diligent note taker towards her studies, but also her fellow students sometimes coming across as incredibly nosy and sometimes even stalkerish. 

    Biography

    Growing up in Tokyo, Yuuka has never been a stranger to the crimes and heroics that quirks have given way to. As such, she was always there to witness the spectacle of heroes and villains facing off against each, regardless of who the victor was. With it becoming a part of her every day life and much admiration and enjoyment drawn from watching these heroics, Yuuka had begun to wonder about becoming a hero herself. Constantly taking notes on the various heroics that happened, the girl did her best to train and try and figure out how she could reach this goal. At the age of 13, when her quirk had finally manifested, though, it seemed as though her dream was not meant  to be. Neither flashy nor particularly inspirational, even when the girl did use it to help others she soon learned that actually helping solve people's issues was not what had brought her joy about it. Instead, what she enjoyed most was heroism as a spectator sport. 

    With her dream having shifted, the girl started to figure out how best to go about achieving this. Her answer soon became that if she had enjoyed watching heroes so much, then clearly the only way for her enjoyment to last was there to be more true heroes around. And in order to reach that end, she would have to make sure that the people around her group up to be as such. Grabbing all the neighborhood kids she could find who she felt could become heroes, she began to attempt to school them on what it meant to be a "true hero." Of course, due to her very pushy nature this did little favors for her and most people figured she didn't know what she was talking about to begin with. 

    Disappointed, but undeterred, the girl's next project was to figure out to become someone people would take seriously. As luck would have it, a school attempting to accomplish the very same thing she was had opened up. Figuring that it was the perfect place to learn more about heroics and also nurture heroes to be, she applied for it.

    Haze 

    A naturally toxic person, Yuuka has the ability to secrete a poisonous fluid across her skin that is also able to be turned into a gas. The poison itself is incredibly fast acting and can seep through clothing in its liquids state or slip through small cracks and the like in its gaseous state, and only requires contact for the poison to take affect. The poison itself is not very lethal, merely leaving a minor stinging sensation and fatiguing the target who is afflicted by it. It does very little in small doses, requiring multiple doses or prolonged exposure to truly make the fatigue it provides to the afflicted set in. 

    The poison comes in two forms; liquid and gaseous. The liquid form is one that takes little to no effort on her part to actual produce, and has a similar look to water, often times making her look/feel sweaty while it is active. Due to being more concentrated than the gaseous form, is more potent. 

    Yuuka is, however, also able to turn the liquid on her body into a more gaseous version and toss it in a location. The poison first starts out as a small orb of gas that once it strikes an area or when Yuuka wills it so, detonates into a cloud of poisonous gas. At present, once the orb detonates it fills a 10 ft radius with the poison and lasts for 10 seconds. Once it is released, Yuuka has absolutely no control over the cloud of gas, nor does she have any control on who this poison afflicts. This requires more effort on her part to use, and using it haphazardly will quickly tire the girl out. 

    Yuuka is immune to her own poison. 

     

     

     


  7. Shield-Kun and Mace-Sama

    As she appears when in her armor, sans the metal heels because fighting in heels sounds like a great idea. She stands at a height of 5'10" and weighs roughly around 160 lbs. When not in her armor, she wears rather raggedy and dull clothing that normally consist of blouses and wool trousers.   

    Personality

    In a world filled with nothing but monsters and misfortune for others, Ryia is a person who wants to aid in ending both of them. A person who is out to help others, whether it be a simple task of moving something from point a to point b or going on a quest to kill some kind of bothersome monster. While she knows doing everything is impossible, and that there are some tasks that no matter what you do you can't complete them, she is still willing to put her best foot forward towards this goal. And while she is a person blessed with the strength to aid in such tasks, she also lacks the grace and dexterity to anything but said tasks. In spite of putting her best effort in most everything she does, she is still a natural born klutz, and has a tendency to drop, trip, etc. anything that requires something than a strong grip to hold. 
     
    Due to this clumsy nature of hers, Ryia tends to have a lack of confidence in herself before attempting most tasks. It has also lead her to becoming a more bashful person overall, often needing to pump herself up before undergoing any sort of task. While not cripplingly shy, she speaks in an often times softer and quieter voice than most and doesn't maintain direct eye contact for extended periods of time. While not a doormat, she is still easily taken aback and in the flow of those who have a much more upfront and outgoing personality than her. Nevertheless, she is someone who will still follow through with her convictions. 
     
    This is most notably seen while in combat. While normally shy, she becomes far more focused during times when she must fight, and thus becomes far more calm and resolute as a result. Her spirit of helping others manifests itself in more of a spirit of self sacrifice then anything else, often completely uncaring of how much damage she takes herself. As such, she is one stands firm and steadfast in battle, wanting no harm to befall her comrades. While she is one who will hurl herself in the line of fire to aid an ally, she has been around long enough to understand when it is and isn't a good idea to abandon everything to do so.

    Biography

    On the island of Haven, within the largest city of the world, Naporia, was where Ryia Mariote was born. The Mariote family was a rather poor family, with each generation producing anywhere between six to eight children, and all of them being completely unremarkable. As such, never being able to move out of their terrible financial situation, the family would constantly try to do something in each generation in order to bring themselves up. Of course, without being educated, this usually broke down into one of two paths. The first was finding steady jobs, such as something in the service industry, or something that would require more hard labor. This was usually reserved for the women of the household, as the men often times found their "calling" in the other path. That path being the one of adventuring; leaving one's own home behind to earn money and glory through exploration and government funded jobs. Such Mariote's either never accomplished much or were simply never heard from again soon after their career began. 
     
    Ryia, born as the fourth of seven siblings, understood these truths of her family from early on. As such, she wasn't one to have big aspirations, nor was she one that particularly thought much of herself to begin with. All she wanted to do was help. Seeing those who lived around her in the same poor circumstances, and knowing just what was expected of her, Ryia had always tried her hardest to help. Whether it be getting employed to work as a waitress, doing odd jobs for her community or just  lending a helping hand to a neighbor, Ryia tried her best to aid others....This didn't work out so well for her. 
     
    Not dexterous in the slightest, not graceful either and sometimes being a bit of a klutz, her plans for helping never quite worked out the way she wanted them to. She couldn't hold down any kind of job due to making too many mistakes and often times causing more trouble for others in her efforts to help. The only thing the girl quite had going for her was her irregular strength, but due to her being a female, there wasn't many places that would take the girl seriously enough and/or consider her for such stereotypical unfeminine jobs. As such, despite her desires, she was left unable to accomplish much of anything and was often times sullen at this point in her life. The only thing that ever seemed to comfort her was the stories brought to her by her eldest brother; a man who was a simple and unremarkable adventurer.
     
    Despite this, he always seemed to provide a steady income for the family from the requests he had managed to fulfill and always had stories to tell about them. From this, Ryia was able to learn about the world outside of her little bubble of home and could only be in awe of just what it was her brother was doing. The eldest did this at every chance he could, and it wasn't until Ryia was around the age of 15 that he stopped coming home altogether. When normally it was her brother that would return, instead a person from his adventuring party came over instead. Revealing to them that a quest that they had undergone had gone awry, he told the family that the eldest gave up his own life in order to make sure that the rest of the party would be able to make it out alive. This sent most of the family into either hysterics or rage, either at the party members for allowing it to happen or the brother for practically damning the family, Ryia instead saw it as something inspiring.
     
    Understanding now that the monsters outside the walls were a true problem, one that needed to be dealt with due to the pain they caused, and hearing of how her brother helped saved others, Ryia soon became determined to become an adventurer herself. While the idea sounded simple in concept, it took Ryia quite a few years to actually get said idea off the ground to an innumerable amount of complications, (such as money, equipment, training, etc.) However at the age of twenty, after managing to find a small group of people to go take on requests with, her life as an adventurer began. While the group she was with was reluctant to let the slightly bumbling  girl take on the position of vanguard for them, she quickly proved herself in combat and had gone on with her companions to complete various requests for the times to come. Only a week ago was this somewhat unremarkable group's quest taking interrupted by something.
     
    In dealing with a small goblin encampment that was getting too close to the city, it seemed like any sort of job as normal. However, when they went to the encampment, there was something clearly off about it. Sitting in the middle of it, completely out of place yet with no attention drawn to itself whatsoever, was some horned four legged animal of which Ryia hadn't seen before. When she tried pointing it out to the others of her party, they took no note of it at all and didn't know what was going on with their party member. In order to go on with the quest as normal, though, Ryia simply said that she must've been seeing things and tried to pretend the creature didn't exist, which proved hard with it intensely staring at her the whole time. 
     
    Ryia continued to function as the vanguard for the fight, but having the creature stare at her so made her distracted, causing her to act as a distraction to falter. As soon as this became evident to her, and the situation became far more dangerous than it should have, her awareness of the strange creature quickly stopped as she rushed to the aid of her comrades, doing her best to shield them from sustaining any more damage than they had. While having been a far more precarious situation than it had any right to be, the group managed to finish the request and started heading back. 
     
    While heading back, Ryia continued to look at the creature, as it was now following them back into town with them, causing her group to worry more. Once they had managed to sit down, the group had almost went to talk with Ryia about their concerns for her health, when the beast finally appeared visible for everyone else. While they all seemed to freak out at the sudden appearance, Ryia was simply relieved and told the rest of the group that it had been what she was seeing. It simply nodded, said hello and that it would return later for Ryia, and disappeared. With that, the group's activities were put on halt as they had no idea how to react to whatever that odd creature's appearance meant.

    As she lacks the dexterity to wield a weapon with finesse, Ryia sticks to the front lines with a simple and effective mace to bash things with by way of her great strength. While she is not the best at using it, it is also not her primary role in battle to do so anyway. With a shield in her other hand, Ryia's main specialty is space between her opponent and her ally, acting as a sort of barrier between the two. She sticks mostly to defending, only really attacking when an opportunity presents itself, soaking up damage and being an overall nuisance to said opponent.

    Personality

    Fittingly enough, one way to describe Ackrin's constant and unchanging expression would be stone faced. He is a spirit who seems to be serious about everything, constantly. He does not often joke, nor does he ever get them, and his attempts at humor are often not well received. He is extremely blunt and tactless with all of those that he addresses. His voice is always some kind of stern monotone that never falters. He himself is also completely fearless, not perceiving much of anything as something to be feared. As such, he has zero idea why people ever falter and does not understand that humans are by no means unkillable. Because of this simplistic nature, and in spite of his overly serious nature, he can come off as completely ignorant a good deal of the time.

    Coat of Stone: Ryia is under constant affect of an improved Stone Skin and all of her equipment gains increased durability/hardness.

  8. Here are the rewards from last chapter. Everyone gained 750 Gold, and Leon obtained the red seastone, Layne the green seastone and Ada the blue seastone (based on who would be most likely to pick up random valuables of the group.) As far as you know these are just sellable items. Also your inventory's have been adjusted to reflect their current status after the battle last chapter and to reflect your new stats and wealth. 

    Everyone leveled up to level 9, meaning two levels except for Aleithe and Yue who gained three. Communism.

    While both her and Nani had managed to slow the Skuntank down a bit, Marie was still not at all wanting to get closer to the cannibal and kept her distance. As such, she was thankful for it continuing to try and attack Nani, but not wanting her Mimikyu friend to get hurt decided to intervene herself. Taking a deep breath to get ready to strike, the girl was then caught off guard as a glob of purple mass was flung at her, striking her. While the attack itself didn't have much impact on her, as it drenched her she started to feel a painful burning sensation course across her entire body and began to tear up as bit down on her lip to keep from crying out in pain. 

    Gritting her teeth, the girl's necklace began to shimmer with light, as blue aura began to coat the entirety of the greatly injured Brionne's body. Her expression was one of pain and frustation as she looked at the Skuntank merely shouting, "stop trying to eat us!" With that, she blasted a far more powerful stream of water than one would expect towards the cannibal, hoping to aid in Nani's grand escape from its attack.

    With the night having passed and the group getting ready to move on, they had soon found themselves at the entrance to Juyu. Looking back at the now freshly fixed city, leaving it behind and all of the troubles and revelations that came with it, Nine merely said, "until next time." With Kayla having appeared before them, the Houndoom watched as she directed their attention to their ride. Seeing the familiar Dragonite, a smile crossed Nine's face as he said, "well hey there Quincy. Been awhile." Looking to the others, a more giddy smile crossed his face as he asked, "have you guys ever used this service before? I haven't but I'm sure it's going to be a wild ride."

    Bubbly and full of life, if there was one word to describe Jacklyn it would be "adventure." She is a girl who seems to be a bottomless pit of energy, not seeming to care about what time of day it might be and sleeping entirely because it is necessary. A girl that fears little, Jacklyn isn't afraid to get dirty, literally, and only sees roadblocks and obstacles as necessities to adventure. 
     
    When it comes to people Jacklyn is friendly, if not somewhat blunt. While sociable, were something to annoy her she is not very discreet about this, generally both in her facial expressions and how she talks to said person. As most adventures are done with a group, the girl has a fondness for company and enjoys talking with others and is often more interested in hearing other's stories than sharing her own, (though that won't stop her if asked.) While she can be a bit simple minded at times, Jacklyn is still a very prideful and surprisingly serious girl, getting annoyed/frustrated at people that both insult her and don't take adventuring seriously.

    As a child, Jacklyn had always yearned for more than she had. Growing up in Castelia City, Unova, Jacklyn was often times home alone; her parents often working at their cafe and her older sister off on her own adventure. Reading about what her sister had experience, Jacklyn started to grow envious of her, and turned her home city into an adventure in of itself. Wandering the streets of Castelia, Jacklyn found herself finding all sorts of new things about her city she never knew and learning stories from all the random people she met. It wasn't until her sister came home from her journey, sharing her the tales of all she had experienced in Unova, that Jacklyn was truly enamored with the thought of her own worldwide conquest. While preparing for this, an invitation came addressed to her sister to attempt the Korova League. However, her sister being done with journey's for the time being, decided to pass it on to her all too excited sister to take it on in her stead.

    Cocky, smug and a bit of a pompous attitude to go along with it. Alois is not exactly the most easy to get along with kind of guy. He has a pretty tactless way of speaking towards others and never seems to care about any sort of implied respect that needs to be given, just sort of saying what he thinks mostly. He generally talks in a sarcastic manner, often times taking pleasure in teasing others on small things. He also seems to have a rather arrogant way of portraying himself, often times coming off as though he thought he were invincible. And while this is not at all true, if criticized on the overall sloppy way he fights or for any sort of ignorance he possesses, he seems to just brush it off. Mostly seeming to have a carefree demeanor about himself and having no shortage on confidence, he just seems like a rude, uncouth person. 

    Alois is a much more serious individual than he would let on, though. While he doesn't seem to posses any respect towards others, it's more so a product of him being a fan of earning respect,, ironically enough, rather than just sort of having it as a given. To those who do earn his respect, he tends to just lighten up a bit more towards them, rather than ever acting overly friendly. Aware of his faults, Alois is aware of how bad of a fighter he is, and while he does shrug of most criticism, he tends to take the ones of people he respects to heart. Also aware of his own lack of intelligence, he doesn't ever really care for planning and doesn't pretend like he's a military genius about it either. Despite all of this, Alois tries to be a reliable at the very least. Even if he doesn't ever seem like he cares, he's still a person who genuinely tries to be helpful to those who are in need.

    Alois had always felt bored since he could remember. Growing up, he always seemed to be a bit of an oddball amongst his people. He had a sense of wanderlust within him that wasn't too common and wasn't well received either. The isolated little town of Phar's residence often times had chastised him for venturing too far away from the confines of the town and tried to do their best to keep him from doing it again. Of course, this had made him a bit of a social pariah with his peers, which didn't help in trying to coax him away from the borders. Nevertheless, the young boy had always felt like there was far more to the world than just the village, and as such, he just wanted to learn what was out there. So, he had decided to make a continued effort in trying to leave the village, and leave behind this "island." 

    Being an isolationist does not mean you have a lack of bandit problems. And so, knowing that he'd need to be strong, he trained himself to help the town out. Of course, with no lack of formal training and the fact that he seemed little more than a rebellious teenager at the time, the village guard had a hard time accepting him, ultimately his brutish fighting style proved to be rather helpful to them. And so, he began to help the guard out. While he proved to be effective at this job, he still seemed to have the same sense of longing in him that had been visible since his childhood, and thus was still not well liked by the rest of the guard. Because of this, it came as no surprise to anyone on the day when, during a patrol, he had decided to go farther away from town than he should have and just kept going. Not doing this in any subtle a manner and with the others not trying to stop him, he was home free and with nothing more than a few axes on his back was off to start a journey. 

    Of course he was completely lost. Not having any idea where anything was on a map and having no clue where he was in general, Alois had continued to roam around going whatever general direction struck his fancy. By some miracle, Alois had managed to find different conveniences that allowed him to not die on his journey, and had eventually, unknowingly, crossed borders into Galtea. While he continued to wander around the country, he eventually stumbled upon the fleeing princess who seemed to be in a need of aid. Given that the total amount of productive things that he had done in this journey was zero and she seemed genuinely distressed, Alois had gone to offer his services to her. This didn't go over so well at first, in part due to his uncouth behavior, he eventually managed to join this princess's marry little band on what seemed to be a grand journey ahead.

    Someone who wears her heart on her sleeve, Tsetseg is someone who is a regular bundle of energy. Having a generally cheery disposition, not the type to hold a grudge for long, and tends to have a rather simplistic train of thought. Possessing a sort of child like innocence, she tends to become quickly friendly with anyone who she deems as nice, and thus easily trusting of them. Always aiming to please, she is a person eager to help when asked and greatly enjoys being praised. 

    She has a generally fast paced and scattered way of talking, often times speaking quicker then she can think, having to pause midsentence or repeat what she or someone else has said. She seems to not really care much for personal space, and often times has trouble keeping her hands to herself. 
     
    Filled with innate curiosity and easily brought to wonder, Tsetseg has a tendency to flit around and focus on the object of her wonder. This causes her to go from subject to subject of fascination fairly quickly, sometimes forgetting what the first thing was and bringing wonder to her all over again. In addition she has a tendency to wander off on her own if something that catches her interest is seemingly on the horizon. Still she is a incredibly enthusiastic and if she finds something that manages to capture her attention for more than brief period will likely become a fixation of hers.

    Tsetseg has always had a penchant for getting herself into some kind of trouble. Growing up, her idle curiosity of the world around her constantly caused her to wander around and interact with everything she saw. And while she marveled at everything she saw, it tended to cause problems from others, such as accidentally startling horses, dropping or spilling things, accidentally causing issues with supplies, etc.. Nevertheless, as Tsetseg's tribe was one that everyone was expected to know how to hunt in, and thus Tsetseg was no exception to this. When she was of age to begin partaking in these, she was given a bow and taught the basic principles behind it before being sent off with a group to see how she would do with it. While there was very little expectations of the scatterbrained girl, she seemed to be far more focused in her archery then anything else she had ever done, and seemed to posses far more skill with a bow and arrow then anyone would ever expect from her. 
     
    From the moment that the girl got her first kill onto something, with everyone's surprise and praise at her work she felt a joy like none other. And while the girl was good at hunting, this only gave her more ways to get herself into trouble. Still having her head in the clouds and being easily distracted, the girl would often find themselves separated from others or having gone out on a hunt by herself, unbeknownst to everyone else. Her days a hunter for her tribe and recreational explorer continued for several years. 
     
    As a member of the Hati tribe, in spite of being nomadic they still traded with other civilizations at the village of Saz. As such, they frequented the village often in order to give surplus of animal meat or parts of value in exchange for other goods. Accompanying the traders one day, Tsetseg went with them into the village, and this having been her first time that she had been able to thoroughly explore the village she found herself absolutely in awe by all the different kinds of people and products there. Wandering about, the girl continued to browse and look at just about everything she could, until she found a group of merchants that she found to look interesting. Following behind them to see what they were up to as they had left the village, the girl continued to tail them until night had fallen. It was at this moment that she realized that she was no longer with the people she had come with. To make matters worse, she hadn't actually any idea where she actually was. However, thinking that everything would likely work itself out, the girl simply picked a direction and walked in it, wandering about the continent.

    "You know when Ciela somehow broke her own legs I thought she would be hands down the biggest headache in this party. But this shrimp manages to make me question that. I don't get what is going on in her head, like ever. And she is all over the place. Never mind trying to keep pace with her in a conversation or expecting anything coherent to come out of her mouth, but like...she jumps at everything, she touches everything, she's excited by everything. She seems totally gullible too but if I ever tried to trick or be sarcastic with her it'd come back to bite me somehow."

    Nine stands at a decently tall 5'10 and has a rather toned, yet still thin, body. Even in the warmest of places he is seen sporting his black coat, and he tends to carry around a pair of black sunglasses. The houndoom does indeed have a triangular tipped tail.

    Personality

    Nine is a sort of carefree individual. One who always seems to have a smile on his face and a lax air about him. He is someone who is able to seemingly shrug off most insults and tends to treat large scale events as much smaller than they actually are. This kind of nonchalant attitude extends itself to how he interacts with others, coming off as friendly yet somewhat careless to those around him. This is only accentuated with females, as he seems to be particularly flirty, yet somewhat courteous at the same time, with them. And while he isn't exactly the most mindful of others, he does have a rather serious side to him and tends to be more attentive to things then he would let on. 
     
    There is nothing that Nine takes more seriously then his status as a Chaser. He is a person who has devoted a better part of his life to trying to understand these legends, and has meeting them as one of his highest priorities. As such, he's someone values any and all knowledge on the legends and will often try to act on his whim if he finds a lead on such a thing.
     
    Despite being born and raised in one of the most volatile places on the continent, Nine is not gungho about fighting. He often times tries to avoid needless conflict and has a habit of portraying himself as weaker than he usually is. In spite of this, he's a person who is fairly confident in their own strength, built up from victories over the years, and should such a challenge arrive that involves him fighting, he will not shy away from it.

    Born in Trailsau to a lucario mother and houndoom father, Nine didn't ever really stick out from the rest of the crowd. Instead, he was someone who always got into constant fighting for whatever reason may have occurred to him at the time. Whether it be in friendly sport, in response to some form of insult, or because it was just the thing the locals did, fighting was a well ingrained part of Nine's life. However, as time continued to go on, Nine started to see senseless fight as, well, senseless. He couldn't quite find purpose in what he was doing, nor could he quite find enjoyment in just straight on fighting his opponents, and thus started to become bored. During this time, he tried to try out all different styles of fighting to see if it would get any better and tried to find something to do in the city that didn't involve fighting. Both of these did nothing to alleviate his humdrum life, and it only seemed like it would stay that way until one day he had happened upon a hermit like man who had lived outside his home. 
     
    Curious about things like myths and legends, Nine had asked the man about them, and it seemed that beyond just what lived a stone throw away from his own home, there were all different kinds of legends all over the world. Ones that could bend time and space, ones that controlled emotion and knowledge, and ones that seemed to put the world together as it was today. As such, he was completely enraptured by them and decided to go straight on the hunt to learn more and more about them. At the age of 17, the young houndoom had left home and went on his journey to find out more about the legends, a chaser in the making even back then. 
     
    As he continued to find out more and more about the legends, questions started to raise in him. Aside from the creator themselves, there were those amongst the legends who seemed to use their deific powers to keep the world in harmony. Then there was also the fact that legends could be made after a certain number were defeated. So were these ones just always around, or was the world in such a sorry state that it needed them? The more he searched, the more questions popped up, and it seemed that there was no real answer to anything he was trying to find out. Then, one day one year ago, a legend was found slain. A bit shocked that they were not only all real, but also someone found them, caused mere research to turn into grand exploration. And so, Nine had become just another chaser wannabe amidst the "chaser boom" and chased after whatever legend he could think to find. 
     
    While he is someone who has an interest in all the legends, his interest only continues to rise the more integral to nature that the pokemon is. As such, the one he wishes to find most of all is Rayquaza, the one he believes to be both the strongest and the most potent in regards to the natural state of the world.

    • Dark Aura: Nine is able to focus his aura into a pulse of dark energy that he is able to fire out. The force of the attack can cause his opponent to flinch. (Dark Pulse)
    • Hitting Yourself: Nine shifts the aura in his body to take on a darker tone. When he attacks an opponent while this aura is active, a strange reaction occurs where his Aura shifts to match the power of the target he is hitting. This effectively makes it so that each physical strike he deals against that target, while this is active, acts as if Nine were using his opponent's strength instead. (Foul Play)
    • Sun Flare: The user simply creates a stream of fire, originating either from their hand or mouth, that is sent in a linear direction at their opponent. (Flamethrower) 
    • Payback: When Nine is struck with a physical blow, the aura in his body spikes in power. While this does nothing on its own, and quickly reverts back to normal, Nine is able to force that spike in power into a single strike, letting loose an attack that deals twice the damage he received. (Counter) 
    • Inner Flame: Nine is able to focus inward and sharpen his aura. When he does this, all of his non-physical attacks spike in power in response. This can be used multiple times and stacks, though not indefinitely, and his Aura returns back to its normal state over time. (Nasty Plot)
    • Sunlight: The user seems to takes on a golden glow to them, embers constantly being shed off their skin, as their body temperature seems to spike exponentially. While in this state, Nine takes less damage from attacks, has a slow and steady passive regeneration. For counter purposes, the damage taken is not treated as less.

    Caring at heart, Marie does her best to both keep people safe as best she can. As such, she is a bit of a worrywart and tends to try to dissuade people from doing anything that she would consider dangerous or reckless. As such, when someone does either of these kinds of things she is sure to reprimand them for it, tending to be somewhat blunt. Trying to present herself as much more mature then her age would suggest, she also cares for neither age nor height when it comes to those that she reprimands. When it comes to dealing with those she would deem as "mean" or "bullies" she would much rather scold and talk away then she would actively fight.

    Marie also tries her best to make sure that everyone remains happy. As such, she tries to have an outwardly cheery disposition about her, and tries to keep the spirits up of those around her. Despite actually being pragmatic herself, not trying to delude herself with unrealistic and overly positive thoughts, she tries to give off an optimistic vibe to help others get back on their feet whenever they're down. However, she also does not like making others worry about things. As such, she tries to keep any and all problems and stress she has to herself, as well as generally refusing help from others if she is struggling with something. 

    Despite this aura of maturity and emotional stability she seeks to give off,  she is still ultimately a kid. As such, she is prone to not making the best decisions herself, and is likely not always right in what she says. Furthermore, she is still prone to irritation and anger. The quickest way to irritate Marie would be to both treat her as a child, and disregard, either her efforts or words, for being a child. When her irritation turns to anger, her tone becomes more aggressive and her scolding becomes more like yelling. Taken a step beyond that and she can become violent. While she does her best to try and stay composed, trying to keep a brave face when others might not, she does have a great fear of being alone. As such, when she believes she is either lost from anyone familiar or abandoned, it will usually result in sobbing. 

    Biography

    Born an only child to a pair of rather prolific of performers. Marie had never actually met her parents, and only knew of what they were like from what others had told her. Her parents, while known to be kind and sincere individuals, also had a streak of being flighty and irresponsible. Given that they hadn't even planned to have Marie, they decided that it would do the young girl no good to expose her to their kind of environment and nature, and that there were likely parents that could do much better then them. As such, before taking off for a trip to a completely different region, they had left their child in the care of an old Drampa, both a friend and fan to the couple. While they promised to visit, after embarking on their trip, they were never seen in Alola again. And so, this Drampa was the only family that Marie knew of, much less remember, growing up. While they were a kind old dragon, they were still a bit forgetful and absent minded. As such, just as he was able to take care of her by providing for her, the young girl had to learn how to help and take care of him. As such her much earlier years were spent almost entirely indoors, and her free time was spent mostly reading books, trying to learn more about what her parents did, and trying to learn those skills herself. The only times she had ever actually gone outside and met with others was when she went on shopping trips with her caretaker. 

    Eventually, on one such trip, the young Popplio had gotten themselves split from the old Drampa. While looking for him, she had met with a few kids who were being picked on by others. Thinking that these bullies were doing something wrong, she went to go scold them in a similar way that the old Drampa did to her when she did something wrong. While the bullies were confused by this sudden appearance, the situation was taken care of when some others had taken note of the scene being made. Thankful for the young Popplio's help. she became friends with the others. From then on, the girl had started to go outside much more often and began hanging out with her new found friends. While the time spent with them was fun, due to being kids, at times the group would find themselves getting into trouble as a result. Realizing that getting into trouble was a bad thing, the girl often took it upon herself to try and steer her friends away from trouble whenever she thought they were going to. 

    These peaceful and fun times of Marie's were then brought to a halt. While she was out having fun with her friends, her home region had suddenly been beset by strange an alien beasts. When the attack had hit and panic had ensued, the young Popplio had tried her best to simply try and find her friends and caretaker. However, being unsuccessful, she was eventually taken away from the scene, unwillingly, by a man who was simply aiding with evacuations, put on a ship to a region known as Adarid.

    • I Can Do It! - Fighting at your peak is all about having a certain state of mind. Marie can take the time to motivate herself to get closer to this peak, raising both her physical and special attack power. (Work Up)   
    • Disarming Voice - Making a sharp, yet melodious sound, a pulse of mystic energy is let loose at the opponent. Listen I don't know either. 
    • Bubble Beam  -  Marie fires a stream of bubbles at her foe, which have a chance of hampering their speed. It hurts more than the jet of water. Mighty bubbles.
    • Icy Wind -  After small inhale, Marie is able to let loose a stream of cold air at a single target, slowing the target down when they're hit by it.

    • Oceanic Operetta - The True Form of a technique known only to Primarinas. Letting out a soft note and holding it, Marie is able to conjure an enormous sphere of water to throw and explode against a foe.

    Xia is humanoid in appearance, standing at a rather tall height of 6'2" and weighing at about 250 lbs. Her black hair is an unkempt mess, it's length stretching down most of her back making it no easier to keep in check. The girl is undoubtedly in good shape as one can see as she is quite clearly toned with her muscles being very clearly defined. The traits of hers that are far more noticeable, though, are the ones that take after her dragon aspect. The girl has two horns on either side of her head, one large and one small to the inside side of the horn. The next defining draconic trait of hers is a 4 foot long, blue, scaly tail ending in a brush-like tuft of blue fur. The least noticeable dragon trait of hers is that, while only partially visible, it looks as if there are scales underneath her skin. This is generally hidden by way of her attire, generally consisting of long sleeves and leggings across her limbs. The only skin that this is generally visible on is her face, more specifically her cheekbones, but those tend to have some manner of makeup covering them. Her torso, and thus the scales across it, are generally covered by a Chinese style dress. Most of time time her apparel is some shade of blue in color. 

    Origin of Half Dragon

    In China during the early Tang Dynasty, there existed a people who were quite attuned with the ability of magic. Gifted to them by their dragon deity, they showed reverence to it, and in turn, it provided them with the means to grow and prosper greater than any civilization.  However, during the early expansion of the Tang family's empire, the people had feared that their people may have been subjugated with their dragon's gifts abused. Fearing this, they asked for guidance from their deity. In return, he lead them to his home; the Sea. Using magic to create technology far beyond anyone's understanding of the time, they had managed to construct a completely mobile colony that could send itself into the ocean. Once there, the people continued to expand and firmly cement themselves, making an entire new civilization that had grown under the ocean over the course of the years.
    As time went on, the dangers of the sea, though, became more and more apparent. They needed means to get food, they needed to repair damage to their underwater city and they needed a means to protect themselves from the outside dangers. In response to this, the dragon deity asked for an avatar, one they would bless with their strength and be used as their guardian being for all of their city. And so, the people had chosen someone they felt was fit for the role, someone that they saw favor in their deity from. Those chosen had their forms changed in order to still retain their humanoid shape but show their blessings with draconic features. The dragons were able to live for far longer a time period than any normal human, making them effectively ageless. Only when they died was a new person chosen to be blessed by their deity.

    Bio

    Born more than 500 years ago, there was a young girl who stood out from all the others who were there. The girl was fairly taken in by the world around her, always in complete admiration of the sea. And while there was not much to note about her, as she was never particularly proficient in quite anything, a certain incident had left an entirely different impression on everyone else. When a section of their city had broken, flooding in the process, during the repair and salvaging process, she seemed to be the only one who had not drowned. Seeing this as a sign from their god, the people of this city had done their best to train her to fill the spot of the cities 4th guardian, as the 3rd one had died a few years prior. After reaching adulthood, the dragon seemed to be pleased with the girl as the candidate and had blessed her into the being she is today. 
     
    Devoted to her city, the now half-dragon girl had worked tirelessly towards making sure everything was taken care of and the people were never in danger. However, as the years passed by and their god's strength starting to wane, the girl's city started to crumble. No longer protected from the pressure of the water, collapses became more frequent. Unable to reliably leave, their food supply shrunk. Their magical abilities failing, sickness started to spread rampant throughout the city without any means of curing or containing it. Soon, what was once a prosperous yet impossible colony, had turned to nothing but rubble and ruins. All that was left was the half-dragon girl, who had watched her entire world crumble before her, powerless to stop it. 
     
    A feeling of despair and failure had overcome the girl, as she had been unable to protect her people despite her role. While the idea to end her existence crossed her mind, she had instead decided to stay at the bottom of the depths, safeguarding what little remained of the ancient city as a sort of atonement. And so there she sat for centuries to come, left all alone, with nothing but her thoughts to keep her company and the fish to keep her fed, (as making friends with food did not seem that enjoyable.)  
     
    This had all changed the day that humans from the surface had found their way into the depths. A small band of divers, ones that were into looking for buried wrecks or treasure in the sea, had come across by this ruined city. They were astonished by the find. A ruin that had no records of ever existing, with remnants of things that didn't even begin to make sense to the divers that found it. While they had started looking around, figuring out what everything was, the dragon girl had noticed the presence of the humans. While her first instinct was one to drive them away, as a guardian would, her years of isolation had made her reconsider otherwise. After much internal wrestling, she had eventually simply swam over to one of the divers, and continued to stare at him. The diver, completely taken aback by the sight, both started to panic at the sight of the girl yet also seem to hold some sort of reverence towards her, thinking she was some kind of emissary of a god. While the girl was merely curious at this reaction, she took no action except observe, only taking action to intervene with the actions of the diver when they had actually attempted to disturb the ruined city. After realizing their job was basically impossible, one of the divers had eventually attempted to converse with her, eventually managing to coax her up to the surface world. 
     
    While talking had gone incredibly poorly at first, as the girl had not spoken in ages and the language she had was long dead, not much headway was made on the first day and the girl had ended up going back to the sea, the divers leaving the area. However, as the days passed, they kept coming back and in an attempt to communicate with this girl and with a lot of effort and teaching and her own devotion towards trying to properly speak with others, she was eventually to hold a conversation with them. Once she was able to speak, the girl informed them of her occupation and that they were not to disturb the place and that there was absolutely nothing they could do to convince her otherwise. Upon hearing this from the mouth of a being that was practically like a divine entity to them, they could only resign themselves to this. With their business finally settled, after months of effort, the dragon girl was extremely reluctant to go back to being alone, when she offered her services to the diving crew, keeping a watchful eye on them and making sure that they were never to disturb her home again. Both floored and excited by the proposal, they had accepted. 
     
    For not more than a year or two, she had aided in their explorations, reveling in her new found companionship and work. Though she helped them with their efforts in both discovering and salvaging and was able to finally do something of use, she still felt a longing. Due both to not going into modern civilization, because of her race, and still having her head in the past, she had still missed her home. And as these thoughts started to plague her, she received a letter. While it was incredibly strange that she could even get a letter to begin with, the offer inside sounded even stranger to her. After being described what it was that was actually expected of her, and what she would get out of it, the girl took barely any time to form an answer to it. Being confident in her ability to fight, as it was practically what she was meant for, and thinking the money could be used to both help the divers who she lived with and start the restoration of her lost civilization, the girl accepted.
     
    While the girl had been going to go to the tournament preliminaries, on her way there she ended up being lost in some inter dimensional transportation stuff. It was weird yo. And that's the story of how she ended up here. 

    Personality

    After a long time spent in isolation, Xia both has the vibe of being someone who is both incredibly cheery and outgoing with others. Being constantly full of energy, she tries to be incredibly friendly towards others though in an almost forceful way, as if merely desperate to communicate with others. This is shown by her Despite this, she is absolutely horrid at talking, not quite understanding how to carry out a conversation in general. This is only worsened by her lack of understanding of language in general, and thus can't pick up on different social cues, idioms, etc. Nevertheless, she is a naturally curious and easily trusting person always wanting to learn more, as the modern world around her is incredibly different than the one she had known for all of her life.    
     
    Always doing her best to succeed, the girl's self confidence is only hindered by the issue of there not being much in the world that she is actually skilled at. Failing is not something she takes well, causing cracks in her cheery attitude and causing her to become far more nervous and/or sorrowful. Conversely, though, in moments of success she is filled with nothing more than pure joy. Though, if there is one thing she is good at, it is fighting. Xia adores physical confrontations with others as she feels it is the best way to both interact and understand others. While Xia doesn't ever wish to kill someone else, she is very terrible at holding herself back and always goes at full blast from the get go. 

    Combat

    Weapon(s) of choice:
    Xia is basically incapable of using any weapon other than her own body. As such, she is very proficient in punching things, kicking things, elbowing things, kneeing things, and tail slapping things. She also has the occasional moments of using her head in battle. 
     
    Power Array:

    • Strength of Dragons: Being a half dragon, Xia's physical parameters, such as speed, reflexes and endurance, are far beyond that of the regular human being. The most standout parameter of hers is her strength, being inhumanly strong and carrying a large amount of force behind all of her attacks.
    • Resilience of Dragons: Despite her scales not being incredibly apparent to the naked eye, they are still there and they are still tough. Given their innate toughness, they are able to reduce a good deal of damage that she would otherwise take. This amount of damage reduced is based on how thick her scales are, the thinnest being across her face (not providing much cover) and the thickest being across her forearms and shins (tougher than steel.)
    • Providence of the Sea Dragon: Xia is blessed by the powers of an ancient water dragon spirit. As such she is gifted with a few things to aid in her undersea guardian duties. For one, she is able to breathe underwater and is quite the swimmer. She, quite like water, is resilient to the change in temperature, taking longer to be affected by such than a normal person would be.
    • Force of the Sea Dragon: As a dragon, Xia is quite naturally attuned with magic. However, due to centuries of both no use or practice, both her mana pool and magical understanding is very poor. The one skill she can use, however, involves what she is good at; punching. By creating a large collection of water over her arm, she is able to launch it in a singular direction by punching. The water takes time to gather across her hand, varying in power based on how long it has been charging for. An instantaneous fire it nothing more than a splash while a fully charge shot is equal to force to that of a cannon. The full attack takes a full ten seconds to charge, though Xia may stop charging, mid charge, and continue with it at a later time (expiring after 30 seconds,) though if she is hit while charging the charge is completely lost and must be started from again.

    • Xia's real name is not actually Xia, it was simply given to her by one of the members of the diving team that found her. Her real name is both unknown to the rest of the world and forgotten by Xia herself.

    Jun stands at an average height of 5'5". Despite her size the girl possesses a rather lanky frame to her. One can find Jun with a generally cheery expression on her face, her resting expression being a small smile. While Jun's general clothing always changes to match the weather, she tends to prefer warmer colors and is always, regardless of the weather, seen wearing her hat over top her long brown hair. Her hair is often set up in double buns, but she has a habit to wear it long as well. In times of colder weather Jun has a habit of wearing clothes with sleeves longer than her arms. Jun's duel disk is rose on the actual device and the blade produced by the disk is gold. 

    Personality

    Generally smiling and upbeat, Jun is always in the mood to make friends and acts as though she's friends with everyone. This comes from her generally amiable and positive disposition towards most people, and a general want to help people when they're presented with a problem. Of course, she can be a bit overbearing in this regard, sometimes coming off as obnoxious, nosy or even aggressively friendly at times. It is also not all that helped by her always seeming to have an answer for everything, which she seems to deliver with equal confidence regardless of how correct or helpful the answer might even be.

    Her friendliness, though, can also come off as superficial to practically everyone but her closest of actual friends. She is not very patient or understanding of the feelings and concerns of those around her, often times liking to drag people around on her own whims. This is also a result of her being a generally bored person, and her figuring that having more friends means more ways to have fun. This also tends to result in her being very teasing to those she's around and very vindictive to those who sleight her. 

    Jun is a very task avoident, always trying to find ways to push off anything she doesn't want to do or push it on someone  else. This is seen most with her school work. While she is certainly smart enough to attend and stay in Blue Yonder, she seemingly only ever gets barely passing grades or puts in the bare minimum work that is required of her. Instead, preferring to lounge around and hang out with others, Jun's favorite pastime is duel monsters. It is the single activity of hers that she most enjoys and is best at, though even this is not something she goes one hundred percent at all the time. In duels with much less stakes on the line, she is often prone to simply goof around and try to have more fun in then if she otherwise went full steam ahead on. 

    Bio

    Born the younger sibling of two, Jun never felt much pressure to succeed at anything. Her older brother, now a Blue Yonder alumni, had always been the more passionate of the two, and always the one to recieve more attention. As such, Jun had always instead looked for the past of least resistance and often times had flown under the radar. While this managed to work for awhile, the girl had ended up growing up never really taking an interest in much of anything and not really having any friends to speak of. It wasn't until she met her first friend in school that this changed. The person challenged Jun to a duel, and while the girl had merely declined, the person was quite persistent. It wasn't until Jun realized that it would take less effort to get it over with then keep refusing. After her first game of it, Jun was handily defeated and unsure how to feel about the whole thing. However, curious about the game, the girl challenged her now friend to it the next day. 
     
    From then on, the two continued to duel each other regularly, Jun becoming more and more fond of the game as a result. Unfortunately, all good things had come to an end, and Jun's friend eventually had to move. Telling the girl that they'd become a pro duelist when they grew up, Jun eagerly reciprocated the sentiment, stating that if they were both pros then they'd be able to meet again and have fun once more. Leaving their hat with Jun, and telling her that she could return it when they met up again, the two parted ways. With a now want to become a pro, Jun had decided that if she were to get any better, she'd need more friends to do so. After awhile, the unambitious girl had surprisingly set her sights on Blue Yonder academy, knowing that her brother had received all he needed to know to step into the pro world from there.

    Though the second battle against the Phantom that the group had faced had been met with both hardship and near death for some, they had managed to pull through and fell the beasts on the island. With the defeat of the phantom, the monsters around the island either immediately collapsed or seemingly wandered off elsewhere aimlessly. The ground that had been blighted by the phantom's presence also seemed to revert to normal. Though it was a strange occurrence altogether, the group was granted with small gem fragments that had washed ashore on the island as their reward. With the mission having been completed they made their way back to the town from which they had taken the job in the first place. Upon reaching there, the group had made their way to their employer, recieving the reward and thanks for completing the task in the first place. With having finished the job he was contracted to do as well, the group had parted ways with Susanoo.

    With their reward collected, the Iron Falcons made way back to their home base. The walk back home was uneventful, likely a nice reprieve for the group that had just been out at sea, and with it the group had found some peace for the next day upon their arrival. Of course, this did not last the longest as the group was faced with their most dire of situations they had been faced with yet. Were one to look through their pantry they would find their stores remarkably low. And to make matters worse, even were they to get a new job soon, a good deal of the group's weapons were starting to show their wear and tear from overuse, with one in particular no longer having an item. As such, the group was presented with their next task. A shopping trip. 


    Chapter 4 - Interlude 
    Date: 22nd of Aeis, Year  967, Fall 
    Time: 1:47 pm
    Location: Efreaux, Aeora

    The place the Iron Falcons had chosen to do their shopping trip to was the nearby town of Efreaux, a small community not too far a walk from their base of operations. Though the town of Efreaux had been one in Eastern Aeora, it was one that the people of the Iron Falcon had aided and visited enough that the people of the village no longer seemed to have the general apprehension towards the more Jouran of the group, be they the person, the mount or the magic from said land. Of course, this was only for both Rona and Ada, as the sight of the newest Jouran to the group was still met with nervous glances as they made their way into town, though no one seemed to actually say anything or indicate that their presence would be little more than a passing problem. 

    Looking to his group, Leon simply said, "well, you all know what we need to get but we don't have work today so feel free to take your time." With that, he allowed the Falcons to split off and take care of whatever it was they needed to do. They would find all manner of different food stalls and shops around the town of Efreaux, whether it be a local butcher or a simple fruit stand. There were various tailors and jewelers scattered about town for those whose clothing had been damaged beyond repair. For those seeking to arm themselves for combat there was even a local blacksmith hard at work, and an apothecary that always seemed stocked up. With very few local mages and clergy, and being located within Aeora, there was nothing in way of shops for tomes and staves for those looking locally. Though there was talk of a strange new merchant who had simply wandered into town and was selling more unique wares. Even without shopping, the Falcons would still be able to simply wander around the village and were they to look at all they would not find it hard to find any sort of odd job around.

    While one would expect a rough and forceful leader for such a ragtag group that is the Iron Falcons, Leon far from that, being mostly only leader in name. A young man who is constantly plagued by indecision, often times not being able to make large choices on his own and deferring to the opinions of those around him, as opposed to his own thoughts. This is only accentuated but an outward, almost defeatist type attitude, tending to sigh or get more apprehensive whenever a situation seems to remotely go sour. Despite this, he seems very reluctant to actually ever stop something that he has started. Whether it be a simple job he's taken, or merely a fight against a single opponent, he generally won't stop unless it is truly that dire or is he urged by those around him.
     
    With other people he tries to come off as both amiable and approachable. While he is not overly friendly, tending to keep a neutral expression across his face, he always tries to appear open to any concerns or problems that others might have, and work towards taking care of them. He tends to be very guarded about himself, being someone easy to get along with but hard to know. He is outwardly very level-headed in taking insults and or provocation, either waving them off or simply stating them to be true, though tends to take those things to heart in an effort to improve himself. 

    Biography

    Leon comes from a family that is quite notable for their services towards the standing army of Faeus. Each member of the family is expected to go into service of their country in some way. Whether it be through studies or through combat, they are each trained to meet such challenges. Leon found himself unable to meet these expectations. Despite his best efforts in trying to learn either magic or the way of the sword, the boy always seemed to fall short of his father's expectations. After awhile, the act of learning started to become all the more discouraging to the young boy, and soon he stopped attempting to try and live up to these expectations. Shirking on his practice and merely letting his skills atrophy, the boy got into numerous fights with his father. It wasn't until one particular bad fallout between them that the boy eventually just up and left the city of Faeus with nothing but his sword by his side. 
     
    Living by himself was quite difficult to begin with, and the wilderness proved to be a place where the boy found no more answers as to what to do with himself. It wasn't until he happened upon a caravan in trouble from bandits that it came upon him. Helping the people out, they then paid him for his services, leaving the boy confused as to the exchange that happened. This continued to happened as he trekked across the land of Aeora, before he had finally decided to create a business out of it. Starting his mercenary band, The Iron Falcons. While it was just himself to begin with, through his work he found others either like himself or merely wanting to join in on the job, and from there the Falcons grew.
