    Hello, fine peoples!

    Does anyone remember Yugioh 2099 on YCM?

    There's a bunch of newcomer card makers on YCM and I was hoping to bring it back as a fun way to build some solidarity on the site.  Anyways, it's a big project and I could very much use some help from other veteran card makers/critics to help run it smoothly.

      Unfortunately, there just aren't many veteran card makers on YCM.  There's maybe one person who's actively on there who I could probably trust with helping out right now.

      I wanna see 'em draw "7" wrong.  Not because of the card itself, but because I wanna see the messed up name they put with the card.

    Yo, card making nerds. Curious on your thoughts on this. I see often many cards being made but hardly any review. (including card contest things that need votes). This isn't a new thing I remember it's been like this for a long time. But I just wonder...why does this happen? Can y'all who make cards explain why you don't tend to comment on the majority of other people's cards? Not trying to attack anyone but it's just weird to me.

      I'm a lazy sonufabich.

      But really, I don't review as much because I tend to project myself onto others.

      I post cards now mostly for the purpose of showcasing, so when I see other peoples' posts (especially if they've been around the block longer than I have), I don't go into the thread with a mindset of reviewing it.  If it piques my interest, I might like it or say something, but more often than not, that's as far as I'll go.

      I'm a bit more active in reviewing on YCM because there are a fair number of newer members, and when I was a newer member I really appreciated any help I could get.

      ...I only review multiples upon request because I'm a lazy sonufabich.

    Ugh... Man, I really hope YCM doesn't stay down through this weekend.  I really wanna post my "Drift" archetype and storyline...

      Sorry, I realize I didn't write out my status well.  4/5s of the archetype/story is already posted on YCM and I didn't really save most of the cards (in their final form) elsewhere.  I have the final part ready, but it really doesn't make sense without the context of everything else.

    I saw there was a Reddit post asking about info about YCM and its maintenance.  I put a reply in and posted a link to funnel people to NCM, but it might be nice for someone who's more in-the-know to make a reply as well.

      I'd rather not have arguments on my status, thanks.

      I felt that a lack of response shows a lack of care and that'd be more detrimental to YCM overall.  If anyone has better information on when exactly YCM will be finished its maintenance, then by all means, post it on Reddit or let me know so I can edit my post.
