Transformation Bag [Transmodify-like concept]

Transformation Bag
[Continuous Spell]

When this card is activated, you can target 1 monster you control; Add 1 monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, with the same Type and Attribute, and 1 Level higher or lower than the target. Then, you can send the target to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon the monster added. If a monster(s) is Summoned to your side of the field while this card is in the GY: You can target 1 non-effect monster among the Summoned cards; destroy it, and if you do, set this card, but banish it when it leaves the field.

- - - - -

-It is a Transmodify and a Downbeat in one card, that doesn't send the target as cost and allows modifications to the target's Type/Attribute/Level to mean something.
-It is searchable via Watch Cat (and so Level 1 engine stuff) and has a second use in the GY, which can trigger off of stuff like your own Scapegoat or your opponent's Ojama Trio... or any vanilla engine like Hyeratic Summons of dragons.
-It doesn't have any OPT clauses, and the card itself can be disrupted by removal but it won't cost you anything except this card itself and its potential effect.

I've made other forms of Transmodify in the past. I like the concept of a generic consistency card that isn't a top tier staple but that can add consistency to some casual strategies. So I find myself re-visiting the concept every time I think I can do it a little better.
Thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc. greatly appreciated.

Wow, this looks great. What a surprise for me to see you post a card that may actually have an impact in a meta.
For starters is a Tenki-like ROTA, and that makes it good already. Then, the card removing your monster as part of the effect is a big boon, as that means your monster won't be "wasted" if the effect is negated, unlike with Transmodify. As if that wasn't enough, the "remove to Summon" is optional you could very well keep the monster on hand as a +1 instead.
The second effect is rather odd and unique, and I don't really spot any flavor hints behind it, but hey, extra effects are welcomed.
What this card really needs IMO is a hard OPT clause at least on the first effect.

The "add without Summoning" is more of a wording convenience to make it count that it clarified the on-field stats were taken into account fool-proof, though now that you mention it, the option to not Summon the monster might be a bit too good if you are saying this could actually impact the meta xD
Considering the idea of making the Summon mandatory.

Flavor-wise, I did not think much of its last effect since the name came after everything else was done xD
I imagine it as a paper bag though, so you could say it can be re-used but not indefinitely. As for the part about non-effect, that bit is more of a balancing factor that strips away a little bit of its genericness and further adds its two cents towards supporting a part of the game many deem useless in most decks (vanillas) unless it is stuff like Blue-Eyes that has a deck revolve around it.

If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY: You can Ritual Summon 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster from your Deck. This effect of "Angelfood" can only be used once per turn.

The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.

Tribute 1 face-up monster on either side of the field: Its controller can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand or Deck with the same Type and Attribute and an ATK or DEF greater than the tributed card. Card effects cannot be activated for the rest of this turn, except for the effects of a monster Special Summoned by this card. You can only activate 1 "Power Creep" per turn.

Spent a while trying to come up with an effect for the image. If you have any more fitting ideas, let me know.
