Design-wise, I gotta go with Cherrim. The concept of a flower bud is more interesting to me. Also the color scheme I find more appealing.

The way that Cherrim transforms between overcast and sunny form is pretty cool, in my opinion. Sobble's got an interesting expression, but that's about all it has going for it for me aside from it looking like a chameleon.

Vote for Cherrim. I like its concept as well, of changing forms with sunlight. I wish it had any competitive relevance in Smogon tiers, but alas, it doesn't. AFAIK it doesn't even do anything in doubles, where its unique ability could shine more by boosting its partner.
