Vote for Feraligatr.
It may not be a solid OU contender and competes with a lot of Water Pokemon, but IMO it has a solid kit already with Sheer Force (which makes a good pair with Life Orb), decent base Atk and movepool, having access to handy physical moves, and setup moves like Dragon Dance and Agility to patch up its Speed. Plus, it's based on an alligator, and I find alligators cool.
Wouldn't be surprised if it gets a Water/Dragon mega evolution eventually.
