Voting for Bronzong. Never used a Toxapex, so I don't have much of an opinion on it. I have however used a Bronzong in a nuzlocke and it did decently well.

Amazing tank, one of my favorites, and it's surprisingly cute, too. To think that Gamefreak dared to make a Pokemon with both base defenses high, Regenerator, a reliable recovery move and immunity to Poison is a bit baffling. It could have been better if it was Steel instead of Poison, but I guess that would have been too much? IDK.
