Going for Empoleon here. Getting steel as a dual type was interesting for it in gen 4, and I've not really used Ribombee so I don't have much of an opinion on it.

Unique Bug/Fairy typing, high base Speed and access to Sticky Web gives it a really solid niche already. Plus it's cute and has a handy Ability in Shield Dust to boot. Just checked and seems it actually sees use in Smogon Uber tiers, damn cool.
