[Normal Trap]
After this card's effect resolves, set this card instead of sending it to the GY. If an opponent's monster effect targets a card(s) you control: That monster effect instead becomes the following depending on the type of card. 
●Monster: The target gains 1000 ATK and DEF. 
●Spell/Trap: Reveal that card, and the target's owner can add 1 card from their Deck or GY to their hand with the same name.

It's meant to be similar to the re-setting of Scrap Iron Scarecrow but the multi bullet effects make it awkward to put afterwards, but will edit if I can't get away with this xD
It only works on monster effects that target to help you troll a bit and possibly give an incentive for running cards that aren't necessarily the omni-consistent monster effects in most decks nowadays. Though something like Sky Strikers really flies over this sort of card.... Still, I think it'd be fun. x9

I guess it would logically make sense to have something VS monster effects since Scrap-Iron Statue works for Spells/Traps.

The only thing I'd possibly recommend is changing up the Spell/Trap effect to be something like "If that target is Set: Reveal that target. Regardless, the target's owner..." just to make it clearer to how it operates VS a face up Spell/Trap.

Overall, it's a bit conditional but perfectly fine.

The vs. monsters is really nasty. It's pretty much a reusable monster effect negator. I would trade 1000 ATK/DEF for negating effect an day. Not sure if coincidence but it does the same as Axe of Fools xD
The other effect, well, it may not negate the card but searching for a copy of the targeted Spell/Trap can be big, as long as the player is running more copies of it of course.

The card needs some text fixes but at the moment not feeling like correcting it. Like Tinkerer mentioned, change so it can also work on Spell/Traps that are already face-up. Also take a look at Scrap Iron Scarecrow or that Subterror Trap for the self-Setting effect.

The "target" is not the opponent's monster that's activating the effect. This Trap doesn't target. The target refers to what your opponent's monster is targeting (AKA your monster gains 1000 and their monster's effect gets modified into nothing). The catch is that it cannot negate any monster's effect, only an effect that is targeting a card(s) on your side of the field.

In addition of my intention to take into account Tinkerer's comment, I just realized there can be a situation where a monster is targeting cards that make both effects live, so definitely an extra re-word is in-coming down the road xD

      I hope you weren't expecting a Cyber Dragon card! The Cyber Girls are a group of mostly-EARTH Warrior monsters also originating from Yugioh GX that really never took off the way their successors, the Cyber Angels, eventually would. I felt like making one of my own to at least relate to what most of their effects did as several of the Cyber Girls have effects relating to direct attacks and their boss monster, Cyber Blader, happens to be a Fusion Monster. The Cyber Girls all have something to do with female sports or athletics, so for this one I felt like going with roller derby since I haven't really seen that used as an aesthetic for anything in the game to the best of my knowledge.       If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY: You can Ritual Summon 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster from your Deck. This effect of "Angelfood" can only be used once per turn.

      The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.
