Paradox Axe
[Equip Spell]

This card and the equipped monster are unaffected by the effects of opponent's monsters with higher ATK than the equipped monster, except monsters that have battled with the equipped monster. Battle damage to players from battles involving the equipped monster is halved.  If the equipped monster is destroyed by battle: Special Summon it, and if you do, switch its ATK with the ATK of the monster it battled, then negate the effect of the monster it battled.

It's meant to combo with my other card to produce a beater and gain some LP. It's probably just a cute play xD

EDIT: Added Blue text.

Yeah, feels a bit too casual for my tastes.
If it also protected the equipped monster from the effects of monsters that have not battled it, however, then you would be onto something. It would be like the monster effect version of Moon Mirror Shield.

It's sort of a Moon Mirror Shield, but instead of obnoxiously floating in a way that locks you out of further options when it doesn't help and locking your opponent out of battle when it does, it reduces what can disrupt it, and the ATK boost is a permanent one, on top of making the opponent's boss lose a lot of ATK and its effect before a rematch.

The idea is that it worked with my Kuribohulder card (but not exclusively with it) which already has such immunity built in. It hinders my other card's LP gain effect a bit but it's meant to be for when a monster is so big that you can't take a hit from it in normal ways. AKA too casual for you xD
Then again, this card sounds awesome as a surprise tactic with "Swords at Dawn" since it doesn't need to stay for long on board.

I guess I could add such immunity to the equipped monster for a general use, even if it potentially overlapped. I always leave openings like that to my strategies in a way that would be readily visible in game-play for non-veterans (fun stuffs) but I guess we ARE at a stage in the game where I could get away with an absolute winner of battles for one shot, to be fair.

And finally, just towards you in particular: My Familiar/Player Card mechanic is meant to be used with these. Mainly my team of Alebrijes (it sure has been a while since I mentioned those so I should post them here at NCM in the near future). I'm not using that as an excuse for the card's balance as it is not exclusively about that (this is just a note). xP

If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY: You can Ritual Summon 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster from your Deck. This effect of "Angelfood" can only be used once per turn.

The result of some drawing practice I felt like making into a full card. A pretty straightforward effect that's probably significantly more powerful than I imagine it to be. But hey, those dusty Performance of the Swords and Crab Turtles in your box of old cards deserve some love.

Tribute 1 face-up monster on either side of the field: Its controller can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand or Deck with the same Type and Attribute and an ATK or DEF greater than the tributed card. Card effects cannot be activated for the rest of this turn, except for the effects of a monster Special Summoned by this card. You can only activate 1 "Power Creep" per turn.

Spent a while trying to come up with an effect for the image. If you have any more fitting ideas, let me know.
