I guess the card is... okay? Scale 7 that gets Normal & Pendulum support, notably Summoner's Art, and adds an extra monster on board when a Normal Pendulum is used as material, fodder, etc. It may not be able to search monsters with  effects, but what it can Summon ought to be useful for at least Link laddering. Grabbing Wlip Scout or Monolith could lead into CyDra Infinity, for example.

Effect aside, Level 6 with 2000/0 stats isn't impressive as a beater, IDK if you could push it to 2400/1000 Monarch stats, but it shouldn't really need any extra support. maybe 2300 ATK at least?
