As iconic as the Powerpuff Girls intro is and the fact that I nominated it, I will admit the following: Out of all the intros I never heard before (Recess, CatDog, that one Digimon one), Ruby Gloom's I still remember. Maybe it's the atmosphere or art style. But for that I'll give it my vote.
