2 Normal Pendulum Monsters

"Igknight" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by your Opponent's card effects. When this card is Link Summoned: You can target 1 Face-Up "Igknight" Monster in your Extra Deck, Special Summon it to a zone this card points to. Once per turn, you can target 1 "Igknight" card you control: Destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 2 "Igknight" Monsters with different names from your deck. You can only use each effect of "Igknight Garand" once per turn.

Sounds a little tough on them. The requirements are harsher than Electrumite's and to bring it out for a starting play I think it'd still need some alternate method like Rescue Rabbit, Unexpected Dai, or Draco Face Off + a Normal Summon. 

I guess it DOES have an edge over Electrumite in the Igknight deck since its "destroy 1, Summon 2" effect is already even, and then the SS from the Extra makes it a slightly bigger immediate plus.

If I had to really mention something, I think just destruction protection is not enough for the scales, probably it should also go for target protection in this day and age.
