Vote for Cacturne. Have liked since I saw it, although it's a shame it doesn't have the base stats for higher Smogon tiers. I have a thing for doll-like entities such as marionettes, puppets and thus scarecrows are also included, bonus if they have a bit of an edge or scary theme, and Cacturne kind of fills the bills on that regard.
